BEAUTIFUL CONDO SUITE 3B/2B IN LAKE ARENAL

Set on a private hilltop overlooking Lake Arenal, with stunning views of the lake and the Arenal and Tenorio volcanoes. Located 20 minutes away from Cañas on the road to Nuevo Arenal and only 11 km from the charming country town of Tilarán.
The light and spacious design of this condo begin with the large open plan kitchen fully fitted with high spec appliances and an island breakfast bar, and which opens out onto a ceramic floored furnished living area. The master bedroom has a built in fireplace, a walk-in closet and a glass sliding door onto the Lake facing balcony.
A separate bathroom is beautifully fitted out with power shower and hand painted tiles and sink. The laundry area contains a stacked washer dryer and ample storage space. A large glass sliding door in the living area leads onto the spacious balcony, creating an extended indoor/outdoor living area.
Amenities
The beautifully landscaped gardens on this private gated 37-acre eco-friendly development include paved roadways and paths for easy access and exercise. A well-equipped recreation center, pickle ball court and a three-tiered infinity pool are available for residents and tenants alike to enjoy at their leisure. Saunter down to the pre-Columbian Village for coffee and relax amongst the spectacular flora and fauna.

Good stay

We liked it a lot, spacious, lots of room, clean, sunny rooms. Unfortunately we did not have enough time to enjoys all the amenities and explore the surroundings. Also, it was quite windy even to walk onto the patio.

A beautiful place with a break taking view

We enjoy our stay at the place, we wanted something quiet to enjoy the holidays and recharge batteries, surrounded by nature, and this property matched the need perfectly. The property itself is comfortable, quiet, well equipped (except for towels and more comfortable blankets). The view of the lake is unmatchable and delivers a great experience. Some inconveniences: The location is far from supermarket or stores so you have to be prepared in advance and take all the supplies you need. Not sure if food delivery gets there, but I would say no. The pool water is cold and the area is very windy, so it’s usable only when the sun outside is really hot.

average amenities

this place was certainly an acceptable place to stay. the beds for 4 older adults were a little to hard and uncomfortable. The place was minimal as far as being furnished. we did not use the kitchen and I'm not sure how well it is stalked but we found the rest to be just ok. after 3 nights everyone was complaining about there backs hurting from the beds but again we were all over 60. The grounds were nice and it was easy to get to. we spent very little time here other than sleeping. the area has multiple tourist options and was central to several day trips that we went on. Other than the beds everything else was to our liking although with a few little tweaks this could have been a great place to stay. it is very large and I would recommend it to others with a family.

View is spectacular

Condo has a 180 degree view of the lake and volcano. It is absolutely spectacular. Condo is a little out of the way, in the middle between Nuevo Arenal and Tiliran (about 25 minutes from each). Our stay was very relaxing and enjoyed the condo, the local restaurants and just hanging out. While there is a beautiful deck at the property, there is no patio furniture to enjoy the view and the weather outside.

Modern condo living

This was a very clean and modern condo with a complete kitchen, marble floors and new washer/dryer. Sparsely furnished. Huge patio with fantastic view but nowhere to sit. It is part of a new 2-building property that has a pool (not heated) and pickleball court. Many of the units appear to still be unoccupied. We saw few other people and no one at the security guard house. It is remotely located except for the Lake Arenal Brewery/restaurant 8-minutes away. It is an hour drive on serpentine roads to Mistico Hanging Bridges. We highly recommend Restaurante Brisas del Lago about 15-minutes away.
