As you step inside you'll find that the entire house has been updated with new furniture, TV's, décor, and beautifully chosen colors for the interior. A hardwood staircase brings you upstairs to 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and 2 balconies. This beach home is only 250 yards from the beach and only steps away from a very attractive community heated pool with 2 gas grills. The development has lush landscaping and Who Sells Sea Shells is the perfect, peaceful retreat!

The property was the perfect place for us to enjoy some needed down time. It was better than expected, a great size and wonderful location. 5 minutes to the beach, dinner, ice cream or drinks!

We had a great time staying at this property. The location is fantastic being south of 30A and a quick 3 minute walk to the beach access which has bathrooms also. There is a bike rental and ice cream shop on the corner which was also a bonus. We will be back again!

We enjoyed our stay at the Old Florida Cottages at We Sell Sea Shells home. The house was very clean & beds were comfortable. The living room had a sleeper sofa bed that the kids slept on. The ice maker in the fridge was wonderful! Washer & dryer worked great! Location was amazing. Very close walk to the beach and a local restaurant. Kids enjoyed the pool- which was just a very short walk. Parking at the house is very tight. Just enough room for 2 small cars. Great vacation!! Hope to return soon:)

First time using VRBO and first trip to Santa Rosa. The house was awesome! Plenty of towels for our stay. Very short walking distance to the beach. Cant wait to rebook! Definitely recommend!

We are a family of four, we have been in 30A area several times. This was our first time in the south Walton area. This house has the perfect location super close to the beach and to all you need around. The house was perfect for us, super clean. Bathrooms are a bit outdated. We would like to return for sure :)

Very nice location, good restaurants within walking distance. Beach is about a 4 min walk. Only negative thing I can say is the outside of the house needs a little TLC. The furniture and porches need a good pressure washing. Overall, a great stay.

Parking for two regular size vehicles. It’s within earshot of a busy restaurant so take that into consideration (dumpster pickup early in the morning). But, it’s very close to the beach and 30A walking path, a definite plus. Decor is early 90s. Cottage has coffee maker (drip), toaster, and blender. Ice maker in freezer works well. Ice sacks sold mere steps away if needed. Outdoor shower and hose for rinsing off sand after day on beach. Walking distance from several excellent restaurants. Bring everything as far as food (even salt and pepper). Laundry on first floor has full size washer dryer. TVs in living room and both bedrooms. Two queen beds (one in each bedroom) plus a twin and double pullout in living room. Four porches, two down and two up. Overall a very pleasant stay.

GREAT LOCATION AND WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN. NEEDS A NEW SOFA AND LOVE SEAT, THEY ARE WORN OUT. I STAYED HERE BEFORE A FEW YEARS AGO AND THEY ARE THE SAME ONES. NICE KITCHEN AND GOOD BEDS. HOUSE WAS VERY CLEAN.

This was our 5th visit and house rental in Santa Rosa Beach. This trip was planned late so the houses we rented in the past were not available. FIRST and last time we will use this rental company. The house is cute, the location is great. BUT.... we never had cockroaches before and we saw several LARGE ones in kitchen and upstairs bedroom. Not good. If you don't like noise this is not a rental for you--yelling and music till 1 a.m. The most disappointing thing was the pool. Dirty and water was cloudy. We did not use it. I called realty company to see when it was to be cleaned and explained the sides had brown grime the whole way around and the color was off even though it had a strong chlorine smell. I was told it was an HOA problem not their problem!!!! She tried to blame the rain but having grown up with a pool I know it doesn't turn green when it rains if its properly cared for. Luckily we had access( through friends)to a pool nearby that was crystal clear!!!
