Beautiful home along 30A within walking distance to the beach and the coastal dune lake is only 0.3 mile away. You will find biking and walking trails along the quietest and nicest part of 30A.

This is a comfortable family home with lots of room to spread out and relax. Soothing colors of grey, white and blue will calm your senses while breathing in that beach air. The front porch has rocking chairs and the back screened porch is enjoyable. There is a foosball table for fun for all ages and cornhole to play outside. A large outdoor entertaining area with a new outdoor BBQ grill, firepit and more.

Upstairs, you will find the oversized master suite with king bed and en suite bathroom. The first guest bedroom has a new king bed for comfort and the second guest bedroom is fun for the kids with a twin over twin bunk bed and separate lofted twin bed. Comfy seating in this room will make it fun to play the provided Nintendo Wii! There is a good size full bathroom with shower/tub combo for your convenience. Also upstairs you will find the full size laundry room with washer and dryer.

The community of Santa Rosa Golf Villas has a beautiful community pool and lounge chairs to soak in the Florida sun and cool off with a refreshing dip in the water.
