Family Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It is in a very nice area close to the beach. Very quiet and the girls really enjoyed the pool. The only thing I would say negative about the cottage is it is a bit outdated.

Wonderful Place

This house is very close to the beach, about a 15 minute walk. It is in a wonderful neighborhood. There are some options for food around 10 minutes walking away. If you want to drive, Seaside is about 10 minutes with traffic and there are several other restaurants a short distance away. There is a pool and tennis courts, but also a beautiful nature trail that really puts "wild Florida" on display. My son and I enjoyed some walks there. Of course, the beaches themselves are the best in the world so any place would do but this one over-delivers!

Great stay!

The Mansfield’s were attentive hosts and the house was perfect. Clean, well equipped, great location, quiet Seagrove neighborhood, short walk to beach. I’ve stayed at many VRBOs and ABNB and usually have issues with kitchen supplies and cleanliness but not here! Highly recommend this rental.

Great space fun area!

Roy’s house was perfect for our family of 6. Lots of room to spread out and everyone had their own space which was very nice since the weather was so chilly. We still had a great time celebrating the holidays. Couldn’t use the pool but we took walks to and on the beach, cooked a lovely meal in the large kitchen, watched tons of football on the great couches and played lots of cards. The town of Seaside is delightful. Had many nice meals at the fun outdoor spots. Just a quick drive or short bike ride. We rented electric bikes to explore one day and that was a blast. Roy was extremely responsive and a wonderful host. We will be back to seaside soon.

A wonderful vacation!

The home, location, and price point were perfect! The neighborhood was quiet and well equipped with amenities. The property was beautiful and spacious. Plenty of room for 8 people to lounge around when we weren’t at the beach or the pool. Like most anywhere on 30-A many shops and restaurants were easily walkable, as was the public beach access. The owners were very kind and quickly answered questions we had. I deducted one star from the cleanliness due to the ceiling vents being heavily covered in dust and the tile flooring being fairly dirty. Those are however small things that are easily changed and everything else was spotless. All in all it was a great week and we would absolutely stay at this property again!

Cute cottage and quiet neighborhood

We loved this cottage! It’s in a nice, quiet neighborhood and a short walk to beach access. The cottage is also super convenient to the neighborhood tennis courts and pool, both in really nice condition. Kitchen and bathrooms are updated nicely; the kitchen had everything we needed to cook all our meals and is very spacious. Beds are comfortable but the linens could be updated, and some more bed pillows are needed (bring your own if you can!). There is some beach gear at the house for your use, but it was a little worse for wear being the end of summer. We rented a wagon to cart it around. Owner was easy to communicate with and the house was clean when we arrived. We love the area and would consider staying here again in the future!

The location of the house was nice, right next to the tennis courts and near the pool. The beach was a short walk. The family room was spacious enough for our group and we enjoyed the screened in patio and porch. The gas grill was a nice option for making dinner.

We already knew the neighborhood, it’s great! It’s an easy walk to the beach, bike rentals… Some good restaurant options too. Like Catch 30A and The Perfect Pig, and some very convenient pizza places when the teens were hungry during the day.

Family get away!

We had a wonderful 10 days at Roy’s lovely beach cottage! The home is just as pictured and the tennis courts and pool are right behind the house! The beach is a quick 5 minute walk as well as a coffee/ice cream shop, beach store and a few restaurants. It is a great escape and we will be back!

Great stay on 30A

The house was spacious and furnishings were comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed, including a crock pot and air fryer. Cassine Village is a great location- a quiet and charming neighborhood close to beach access and right around the corner from one of the pools. Communication with the host was excellent. It was deemed "the absolute best family vacation" by our two teens and their friends. We rented bikes for the family and had a super relaxing time

Great spot in a fun beach town!

Cute cottage tucked back in a quiet neighborhood. We loved the proximity to the tennis courts and pool. It was a quick golf cart ride to shopping and restaurants too. My kids LOVED the fact that shaved ice and pizza where just right down the street. Good beach access - just a quick walk through the neighborhood and then across 30A.

The house was the perfect layout for our family of 5 and we loved the screened in porches. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly and we used the tennis courts everyday. It was an easy walk to the beach, donuts, ice cream and pizza! The owners were very responsive and easy to work with. Would recommend this place to friends!
