The cottage’s large, fenced-in wooden deck creates a private outdoor retreat, complete with Adirondack seating for two—perfect for morning coffee or an evening nightcap while listening to the waves nearby. Guests also have access to a shared charcoal grill and an outdoor rain shower, perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach.

Inside, the first level features a newly renovated and expanded king bedroom furnished with all-new designer pieces. Custom built-in storage flanks the bed and includes integrated reading lights, while a mounted flat-screen TV with YouTube TV adds an easy way to unwind. The newly renovated bathroom feels fresh and spa-like, with a marble vanity and a large glass-enclosed walk-in shower featuring both a rainfall showerhead and handheld shower wand.

Upstairs, the newly expanded living level features a bright, open-concept layout designed for easy coastal living. The brand-new designer kitchen features quartz countertops, custom cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and new dishware and cookware.
