★ Bedroom 3 - King bed with cable/ smart tv, shared balcony access, ceiling fan, a private three-piece bathroom, and shared balcony with bedroom 4.
★ Bedroom 4 - Bunk Room that has two bunk beds with four full mattresses, stand-alone arcade game, cable/smart television, and private three-piece bathroom. Ceiling fan was disabled due to safety for guests.
★ Washer and Dryer in laundry room closet. This space has an ironing board and iron.

We have a lock box located on the front porch railing and a key is inside for guests. Two garage door openers are also available for guests to use.

Special Note: This property has a pool and spa. Please bring appropriate life vests for guests who cannot swim. Always be vigilant with young children around the pool area and never leave guests who cannot swim unattended.

*The pool is not heated May 1- August 30. The pool temperature will be 78 or above due to climate temperatures.*
*Pool Heating available September 1 - April 30 for $50 a day. You must request this.
*The pool temperature will be between 78-88 degrees when heated*
-Must be 25 years old or older to book
-No Smoking or Vaping
-No Parties or Events
-Do not move furniture
-Clean up after your pet
-Contact host and inform what type of animal you are bringing.
-Animal must have all shots that are required by a veterinarian.
-Animal must be with an adult while outside at all times.
-The registered guest has full responsibility for the animal during the stay.
-Swim at your own risk. No Lifeguard on duty. NO DIVING! Keep gates and back door secured at all times for safety.
-Hot Tub use is at your own risk. Limit your exposure in the hot tub to 15 minutes only. Staying in the hot more than 15 minutes may cause health issues.
