    Pack up the kids and the dogs for a perfect Emerald Coast getaway! Located just 3.5 miles from Seaside, our compact yet comfortable 2-bedroom villa sleeps up to 6 guests.

    🛌 Sleeping Accommodations:

    Bedroom #1: queen bed + ensuite bathroom.
    Bedroom #2: queen bed + twin/twin trundle (convert to king) + ensuite bathroom

    🛺 Skip the parking hassle—take a short walk to our designated beach areas or catch the complimentary resort tram (available mid-March to mid-September). After a day in the surf, relax on the patio, grill up dinner on the resort barbecues, or let the kids play in the grassy area right outside. High-speed fiber internet and a washer/dryer are included to make you feel right at home.

    🐾NOTE: Walton County does not allow visitors' dogs on any of its beaches. A dog beach is located about 20 min away in PCB, and there is a dog park nearby.

    ✅ Primary renter must be at least 21 years old, sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking, be present for the duration of the stay, and agree to a $200 damage deposit hold (not a charge) placed on the guest's credit card prior to arrival that will be released after his/her uneventful stay. We provide *starter amounts* of soaps and paper products (like tp, paper towels, and trash bags).

    BEFORE YOU BOOK - IMPORTANT NOTES:

    🏝️We have specific BEACH AREAS our guests may use. Due to the private beach allocations in Walton County, our area of beach is a .2 mile, flat, easy walk (about 3-4 minutes) down a neighborhood street to the west or walk east or west down the beach itself to either beach access. You can play in the water or in the wet sand anywhere. The resort also offers free tram service from the complex to these areas during high season (mid March to mid September).

Megan's place was perfectly stocked and just the right size for a few of my friends and I that needed a fall getaway. I typically stay in Beachside Villas and this place did not disappoint. It was super close to the beach, clean, and had everything we needed for our short trip!

Wonderful location, super close to the beach

We had such a great stay here! I highly recommend it. The condo was really clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Its only a 5 minute walk to the beach and restaurants and shops are a quick drive to reach.

Wonderful quaint apartment close to the beach

We had a blast staying here! The apartment is a little small but very adequate for our family of three with dog. The location is great and the place itself was clean, cute, and comfortable. Would recommend highly!

Loved our stay at BSV!

We loved our stay at Meghan's condo! It was clean, convenient, and just as described. The private beach was very nice, seeing as how we were there during a very busy week. The walk wasn't too bad, especially if you could catch a ride on the golf cart. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful place! We had a great time. Loved the location right on 30A - beach side! 3 min walk to the beach every day was perfect! 1st floor was nice! Very clean & nice decor- just like the photos. We will be back in the summer! Thank you!

We really enjoyed this cute condo close to the beach! We brought our small dogs, so it was perfect that this unit is on the ground floor. The condo complex was tucked away from all of the traffic in 30A. We had no complaints!

Family-friendly

We enjoyed our stay! The condo was very clean and decorated very cute. It had all the necessities and large TVs that were easy to use which is always a plus during game season. The location was secluded so we felt safe and we were also able to meet a lot of people staying at Beach Villas. Very easy walk or bike ride to the beach. We loved that we didn’t have to walk far and the views were amazing. 2 pools and plenty of secluded neighborhood roads to ride bikes nearby.
