  • Ven a visitarnos y descubre por qué la gente sigue viniendo! Tenemos una vista maravillosa del océano y las dunas de arena desde nuestro salón / patio. Nuestra unidad cuenta con wifi, así que traiga sus computadoras portátiles y conéctese a Internet sin cargo. Este condominio de 2 dormitorios es el más grande de las unidades de 2 dormitorios en BSV. Este es el nivel de la planta baja, por lo que no hay que lidiar con los pasos. Acabamos de actualizar nuestra cocina con encimeras de granito, placa para salpicaduras de azulejos de vidrio y nuevos gabinetes de cocina. Los baños se han actualizado con nueva iluminación, grifería y espejos. ¡Estás a solo unos pasos de nuestra unidad y a una de las Playas de arena blanca más bellas y galardonadas de los EE. UU.! Disfrute del sendero para bicicletas de 17 millas en la pintoresca 30-A y solo un corto paseo en la playa frente a nuestro complejo hasta el pintoresco Parque Estatal Deerlake. El parque tiene 1,700 acres del paisaje natural más hermoso y también es un santuario de vida silvestre con senderos para caminar. Vale la pena la visita a esta zona de playa aislada. Nuevos pisos laminados en dormitorios. Hay nuevas construcciones a través de la calle por lo que hay actividad de construcción. El trabajo comienza a las 8:00 am y termina a las 5:00 pm.

The unit was clean and well stocked. The outside of the buildings are clean and very neat, easy parking, enjoyed the pool. The inside needs some updating but otherwise met our expectations.

Great place, awesome location and view from balcony. The pictures actually don’t do it enough justice. Enough space for us and 4 kids. Everything we needed was in the condo.the beach is near enough to walk but the shuttle they offer is super nice and easy to use also! We will be back!

Beach Trip

Great time location is perfect 2 minutes walk to the beach or a free golf cart ride, nice and peaceful location. Beach is superb beautiful white sand and warm ocean is the cherry on top.

A good bang for your buck

The property was great. Enough room for 2 adults and 4 smalls. The porch was an added bonus. Smalls ate most meals out there and played on it when not on beach or pool… We made lots of memories here!!!

Beachside Stay

The location was wonderful, and it was a quick walk to the beach. The beach was never too crowded, and there were no steps leading to the sand! This is a great location for kids or anyone that may have difficulty getting around. There are plenty of wonderful restaurants in area. Overall, the condo and location was exactly what we were looking for.

Great Location to Beach!

This was our 2nd trip to 30A (Santa Rosa Beach) and we would definitely stay at this property again. 5 min walk to public beach access, but in the evening we would take the 1 min walk to the private access. AC worked great, had almost everything we needed (need at least 1 non-stick pan for stovetop) and absolutely no complaints!

Beachside Villas

This property is exactly as described. It is a very short walk to the beach. Beautiful complex. The owner is very easy to work with and responds quickly. We really enjoyed our stay and plan to return again.

Beautiful Stay & Great Tennis

This was a wonderful place to stay with the grandkids. It is right next to the tennis courts and the swimming pool. A very short walk to a beautiful clean beach. We had to cut it short due to a family emergency but plan to return again some day. It was a very relaxing atmosphere. Just the right amount of room. Highly recommend.

Clean, comfortable, and convenient

A nicely appointed condo, clean and comfortable. Easy access to beach and pool. (About a 3-5 minute walk to beach.) We made good use of the included beach chairs and umbrella. A short bike ride to shopping and dining. Property manager was quick to reply to communication and very helpful. If we return to the 30A area again, we'll consider this property for sure

Very relaxing

Good condo, super convenient to the beach with an easy five-minute walk. Enjoy the boardwalk view from the covered patio while having breakfast. Includes 3 beach chairs with umbrellas. Kitchen is well-equipped for cooking (crockpot, blender, toaster oven). Easily bike to ice cream shops or restaurants. Publix is a 10-ish minute drive for essentials, while Walmart is over 30 minutes away. Quiet beach with private areas. Well-marked with signs. Owner is quick to return any questions.

Spring Break!

We loved unit 211! It was SO clean, so cute, and we really really loved that it was a corner unit on the bottom floor. It’s a short walk to the beach, and also nice to not have lug our belongings or groceries up and down stairs. I was in touch with Mr. Jerry about having an issue with my key code when we got there, and he was so nice and helpful. One thing I meant to do but forgot to was to bring a blanket to use for the sofa bed. There are sheets but no extra blanket, which is definitely not a negative! - just a heads up for anyone who plans to use the sofa bed. Everything was great, and we will be back!

Poor Description of Location

The condo was clean and tidy. The owner was thorough in his instructions and guidelines. We were disappointed that the "Beach Instructions" were NOT disclosed prior to reserving this condo. In fact, Verbo has it listed as beachfront, and it is not! The fact that you had to either walk or drive the distance to go to the beach was a challenge for us as we are older adults with walking issues. I would have preferred that information was disclosed BEFORE we made a monetary payment. I feel we were misled by the advertising. I would not recommend nor stay at this condo again!

Beautiful Beach

This property was clean and actually nicer than the pictures. It was close to the beach and within walking distance of several shops. We had family staying a mile away and we road bikes back and forth easily. It had pretty much everything you would need in the kitchen. The twin beds were not comfortable but kids wouldn't mind. The showers had good pressure and water stayed hot for everyone's showers. The pool was even heated most of the week. The air conditioner did not work in this unit. It was burning up when we got there and we turn the thermostat down to 73 as instructed. It never got any lower than 77 after a day and a half. We just turned it off and opened the doors and window and it was comfy. If it had been summer, we wouldn't have been able to stay there. I text the property manager twice and never got a reply back. If the air was fixed, I would stay here again.

Summer trip to Seagrove Beach

This was our second time visiting the 30A beaches for a week and this spot was excellent! Easy beach (and lake) access, close to just about anything you need, yet feels a world away. There was a golf cart shuttle to one of the beach access points, but we never felt the need, since it's so close (and we travel light). The place itself is well maintained and cared for, with just about everything you need in the kitchen if you're eating in. It's an end unit with a nice patio where the beach breeze greets you in the morning. The second bedroom and bath worked great for our two teenagers. Communication with the owner was excellent, with timely information and prompt responses to questions prior to our visit and we had no issues during our stay.
