Raised Cottage 'Dune Fine'- Easy Walk to Beach - Dogs Welcome!

DUNE FINE is a delightful, and extremely popular, raised beach cottage in the Dune Allen Beach area of 30A. Many know well why the property has earned its name and reputation in Santa Rosa Beach. If not...here's the skinny: Once you've checked in, and kicked back, rest assured you'll be Doin' Fine as well!

This newly remodeled home is located at the western end of 30A (closer to Destin than Panama City Beach), but still just minutes from any activity or destination you wish to explore. DUNE FINE is a 3/2 home that offers spacious accommodations for up to six but manages to capture a feeling of beachy coziness and casual comfort in its first floor, open plan living/kitchen area. The L/R section of the house blends well into the 'galley kitchen' and allows all parties to watch TV, converse, cook, and perhaps, sometime around sunset, share a 'frozen concoction' that your inevitable blender will be happy to render. Bedrooms and baths are somewhat more generous in size than those of other beach homes and for six people, that's a real plus. A shaded, upstairs balcony is positioned beautifully to take advantage of delicious gulf breezes...Well behaved and monitored children are most welcome. (The garage is not part of the rental). As many of you know there are a variety of beaches on 30A. Some with lifeguards and chair/umbrella setups, some without, and some offering good food just a few strides away. We are within a 10 minute walk to three public beach accesses. We are only a 5-minute walk to South Walton's newest beach access, Dune Allen Regional Beach Access. Stroll down with your things, or if you'd like to take coolers, fishing gear and more, I suggest tossing it all in the car and making the less-than-60-second drive. A few more minutes to the east is the Fort Panic Beach Access. And our little hidden gem is the Stallworth Lake Access, which is a 10 minute walk at the end of South Bishop Road. And we are less than 2 miles from Topsail Hill Preserve State Park. Many beach spots offer restrooms and outside showers (no need to go back home covered in that sugar-white sand). One of our most popular restaurants - Stinky's Fish Camp is a five-minute walk.

We are a dog-friendly home. There is no additional pet fee. Flea free, vaccinated, well-trained dogs (limit 2) are welcome (they'll love being able to romp in the large, fenced backyard). You know your dog. If prone to separation anxiety, we ask that you crate your dog when you are not at the house. Dog size/breed must be pre-approved before booking. So please indicate this information in your inquiry if possible.

Our crew is very focused on cleaning and only CDC recommended sanitizers are used. There is no need to interface with others when checking in ~ you may go directly to the cottage for private entry.

PLEASE NOTE: * DUNE FINE IS AVAILABLE ON A 'WEEKLY ONLY' BASIS DURING THE HIGH SEASON (MARCH - AUGUST). WE GENERALLY DO SATURDAY TO SATURDAY RENTALS DURING THE HIGH SEASON. CHECK WITH US FOR EXCEPTIONS DURING OTHER TIMES OF THE YEAR. MAXIMUM 6 PEOPLE.
