  • Ms Millie's Cottage is the incredible, completely renovated beach cottage you have been looking for, quiet, quaint perfection! Tucked into the woods yet extremely close to the beach, Ms Millie's has everything you need for a perfect 30A getaway. Located within a 7 minute walk to the Eastern Lake Public Beach access, no private beach concerns!

    **Please note if you are interested in booking a SPRING BREAK stay please reach out prior to booking. Spring Break stays require pre-approval.

    Ms Millie's Cottage is located in the Eastern Lake area of Seagrove Beach. A quiet, wooded area with easy beach and lake access. This area of Seagrove is very similar to quaint Old Seagrove with gravel roads and wooded lots. The Eastern Lake public beach access is a 7 minute walk from the house, the Ramsgate beach access is 2-3 minutes further. Either way you will not have to cross 30A to get to the beach. This part of Seagrove is very quiet and the roads are not congested, making trips to the beach a breeze. All guests will have access to the neighborhood community pool (unheated) which is about a block away.

    Inside Ms Millie's Cottage you will find a wonderful open concept floor plan. The family room and dining area share the open space. Whether you are watching your favorite movie from the couch or building puzzles at the large farmhouse table everyone can be together. In the fall and winter months the cozy fireplace is an unexpected surprise. Additionally all tv's in the house are Smart tv's so feel free to stream your favorite accounts or watch YouTube TV which we have provided.

    The kitchen is a chefs delight. The cupboards have been extensively stocked with everything for your cooking and serving needs. The professional appliances, gas range and deep farmhouse sink make meal prep a breeze. Counter seating for 4 allows the conversation in the kitchen to stay lively and insures everyone can be involved.

    Ms Millie's Cottage has 3 wonderful bedrooms and 2 amazing bathrooms. The bunk room at the front of the house has 2 sets of custom built-in, twin bunkbeds, allowing for 4 twins with plenty of headroom. The bunk room utilizes the shared bath. A queen bedroom is at the back of the house. It has private back porch access, separate access to the shared bath, and a cozy sitting area. The king primary bedroom is also at the back of the house. It has private back porch access as well as an on-suite full bathroom. The shared bath has a deep, tub/shower combo with a unique glass barn-door shower door. The on-suite master bath has a walk-in shower with beautiful fixtures and tile details. The house has a new tank-less water heater so there are no concerns about running out of hot water.

    The sunny laundry room is near the primary suite. It has oversized machines making laundry chores quick and easy. This room also contains a vacuum, mop and brooms if you should need them.

    Ms Millies's Cottage has 2 wonderful outdoor spaces. The front porch with 2 Adirondack chairs and an oversized built-in bench provides a shady spot to relax. The back porch has an outdoor living room set up with 2 chairs, a love seat and a coffee table. This space is perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails. There is an enclosed outdoor shower on the left side of the house, perfect for a quick rinse after the beach or a leisurely outdoor shower. The grill porch is conveniently right off of the dining room and contains a Weber charcoal grill. In this area, you will also find 6 beach chairs and 2 umbrellas for your use

    There is a 6 seat electric golf cart at the house which is available to rent directly from the owner once you have placed your reservation. Additional fees ($550/stay) and restrictions apply.

    Ms Millie's Cottage will not disappoint. You will be amazed how spacious it feels. Be one of the lucky ones to enjoy this wonderful, "better than new" cottage.

    Please note: Ms Millie's Cottage is the perfect getaway for a family, 2 couples traveling with children or a family traveling with extended family. Our tight knit neighborhood is a mix of residential homes and vacation rentals always looking out for one another. Parties and loud, rowdy behavior are strictly prohibited. Exterior security cameras may be present on the property. After booking, a copy of the valid drivers license/ID will be required from the primary renter. The primary renter is required to stay on property for the duration of the rental. Ms Millie's Cottage is sure to become your favorite Seagrove Beach getaway.

Great beach cottage!

This is our 2nd time staying at Ms. Millie’s Cottage and by far our favorite place! Great for a small family or couples! Having the option for the golf cart is also a plus. This house is a great location for us with younger kids! We can’t wait to go back!

Great place to stay!

We enjoyed our family trip! It is a short walk to the beach and I would highly recommend bringing wagons if you have little ones! The home was so lovely and had everything we needed. It is not a large home but the layout made it feel perfect for the seven of us (four adults and three small children). We had a blast and would love to go back!

Cutest Beach Cottage

My family loved this beach cottage. It was decorated beautifully and was equipped with anything and everything we needed. It was a short walk or bike ride to the beach. We loved the quaint little street it was on. It was truly perfection and has been one of our favorite places we have stayed. The communication was with the property manager was also extremely efficient and effective.

Family Get Away

The house was great! The whole place is in excellent condition and rather new. The home has quality finishings for the price of the rental. The property is in a great location for access to restaurants and the beach. Upon arrival I was a little concerned with beach access, but learned the lake is easy to cross and provides an alternative for the kids to play in when there is a rip tide. At this location we were able to set-up shade between the lake and the beach and watch the children play in both locations.

Lovely House

Cute cottage off 30A in Seagrove Beach. The house is lovely with all the amenities needed for our family of four. The beach is only accessible via Ramsgate Beach access which is a 1/2 mile walk. Or you can rent the golf cart to haul your stuff to the beach. Also, at that beach you have to pay $40 per day to rent chairs. We were told it is a private beach. Other than that, our stay was perfect!

Cute cottage in Seagrove

What a cute little house in Seagrove!! The house is decorated so nicely and in a great location. The house has everything you need and is VERY clean. We are picky about cleanliness, this was one of the cleanest houses we have stayed in which we very much appreciate. Owners are very responsive and provide a lot of helpful tips. Beach is a short walk down the street. We brought our 2 little fur babies and they enjoyed their golf cart rides!! Thank you for sharing this cute house!!

Perfect Beach Cottage!

Literally PERFECT. I felt like we were walking into a Pottery Barn beach house. Decorated beautifully, and EVERY minor detail was so well thought out. Hooks throughout the house that I had no idea we needed-until we needed. Plenty of hangers. Extra blankets. Quality kitchen items. We were able to find parking at the beach every day for the golf cart, but was an even shorter walk than I anticipated. Our kids loved riding the cart to Seaside. The hosts were very accommodating and communicative. We wish we had access to a pool but it won’t stop us from coming back! Thank you for providing an amazing place for our vacation!

Perfect Place to Stay on 30A

We absolutely loved staying at Ms. Millie's Cottage. This was our 6th visit to Seagrove Beach/30A area and we've always stayed right on the beach until this stay. I wasn't sure how we'd like that but we actually loved it. The neighborhood is so cute with gravel roads. We rented YOLO bikes and could bike down to the beach (easy to walk too). We also rented the golf cart and used that to help transport us to the beach access with our chairs, etc. The actual cottage is in perfect condition, decorated so cute, very comfortable. All the beds were extremely comfortable and the bathrooms and kitchen are up to date and in great condition. The kitchen had great pots and pans and dishes and literally every thing you could need. We also used the outdoor grill. Even the beach chairs had little coolers in the back so you can transport beverages to the beach without having to carry another cooler. The back deck is nice if you want a little space to chill or do yoga. We loved biking around 30A, sitting on the front porch, using the outdoor shower and going for late night walks on the beach looking for crabs. Also the owner was easy to contact through the VRBO app, but we didn't need to since everything was great and in good working condition during our stay. We could not recommend Ms. Millie's Cottage more.

Great Beach Vacation!

This property was just as described and reviewed. Randy and Laura were excellent communicators and responded quickly to any questions or concerns we had. Our family of five and my college-age nephew and niece enjoyed our stay at Ms. Millie’s Cottage. We rented the golf cart and found it useful for picking up food nearby, exploring, going to close-by restaurants, and for driving the short distance with beach chairs and gear to the beach parking lot. We did recommend getting an extra check for the golf cart to the owners since steering was difficult for us during our stay. The house itself was beautifully decorated and had everything needed to make for a wonderful, home-like visit. There were plenty of hooks inside for hanging as well as one the front porch. There was ample seating for meals and a good amount of storage in the kitchen for groceries. We enjoyed playing some of the board and card games, putting together puzzles, and reading books that were available in the home. The most convenient beach access was easy to get to and did have some shallow lake water to cross to get to the beach. At its deepest during our visit, the water reached the thigh of an adult. I’m not sure if this is typical or if it is usually shallower. Our kids really enjoyed playing in the lake water as well as the ocean, so it provided another option for entertainment and was worth the minor inconvenience of carrying our things across for the short distance. We would stay here again!

Beautiful cottage, bad location

This cottage is beautifully decorated and very clean. The owners were very responsive and provided a lot of information on restaurants and other attractions in the neighborhood. However, this cottage is located in a neighborhood in transition. Many of the homes are old trailer homes that are in disrepair. Those that are sold are being scraped and large new homes are going in. In 2-3 years when that process is complete this will be a nice area, but now there is A LOT of construction traffic and noise. The street is not gravel, but a sand/dirt mixture, it's also very narrow and rutted. A block down the street a homeowner has put in a 3 foot speed bump with no markings. In addition, beach access at the East Lake access point is very difficult as the lake has spilled over and you need to walk through 2-3 feet of lake water to get to the beach. Not easy when you're carrying your gear. The other beach access is surrounded by private beaches and thus public access is narrow and difficult to find a quiet place away from the crowds. Had we known the state of the neighborhood we would not have rented here.

My wife takes her Weimaraner everywhere, which made it a difficult task to find an ideal stay on 30a. Personally want to thank Tim for trusting us and allowing our dog to stay with us for Spring Break. She ended up hating the ocean (and the Pit Bulls on the Panama Beach Dog Beach...that is another story), but Eastern Lake interested her at least. Perfect location really, situated between Rosemary Beach and Seaside, Grayton right after that. The cottage is as described, few blocks from the Ocean and Dune Lake on one side, 30a bustle on the other. Easy to explore everywhere, bonus was there were some beach cruisers handy so we didn't need to rent those. We did not opt to rent the cart (we are avid bicyclist) but it certainly looked fun. The house itself was fantastic, well thought out update to and older cottage, Neighborhood pretty cool, if gravel road or a few mobile homes don't bother you, but know this an established area, not some pre-thought out sub-division . Lots of character for sure, which suited us perfect. . Minor, minor thing- we had to go grab some extra TP and trash can liners. Not a big deal, just maybe an extra roll, and a few liners would have been cool. Oh, and the kitchen is about as fine as you will find on a rental. Very well stocked with utensils (knives that were actually decent) and pots, pans, waffle iron, etc. Great bathrooms, laundry room. Bonus- there was a parrot in the neighbors house out back that would repeat things to you haha. Thanks again Tim, great time was had by all, hope to be back soon.

Wonderful Stay!

Ms Millie's Cottage was perfect for our family of 4! It's located right off of 30A on a quiet street. We found it very clean and well appointed with all key amenities provided. Highly recommed for those seeking a location close to the beach but tucked away from the hustle and bustle.

mazing Seagrove Cottage South of 30A- Quiet, wooded Eastern Lake neighborhood

We love this property! This property was fully stocked and honestly has everything that you need. Clean, nice linens, lots of towels, etc. The unit also had a lot of board games and a nice TV. So convenient to beachy bean coffee, restaurants and shopping. Rent the golf cart, its so wonderful to get around Seagrove area. The property provided chairs and umbrella, which was so awesome! I'd highly recommend this property to anyone that wants to be right in the mix in Seagrove. We had a great time!
