This ground-floor, gulf front condo features spectacular views of beautiful Seagrove Beach. Walk right out of your living room to lounge on your own private patio. A few more steps and you'll be directly on the beach. The open-concept living area is furnished with a large flatscreen TV and DVD player and the dining area comfortably seats four with two additional seats at the granite kitchen countertop. You'll find the large kitchen is equipped with all the appliances and utensils you'll need to put on a culinary showstopper for your guests.

What’s nearby:
Lots of great restaurants pepper the area surrounding this awesome home. Three miles away, stroll through Seaside and catch a sunset at Bud and Alley’s. (Hint: if you can guess the time of the sunset, you'll get a free drink!) Have lunch at one of many Airstream food trucks or get the Grits à Ya Ya at Great Southern Café. The local favorite, Old Florida Fish House, is less than one mile away.

Bugs!!!!!!!!

This place really needs to be fumigated for roaches before anyone else stays. We love the location, and the condo is great for what we were looking for. However, there were so many bugs!! One night my son woke me up to let me know he had opened the refridgerator to get a cold water and the light from the fridge exposed roaches crawling around the kitchen floor. When I went to inspect, there were dozens of roaches crawling around the floor and counter space. The next morning we found a roach in the silverware drawer when opened. We noticed small specs on the dishes in the cabinets that smeared to the touch, I'm guessing left behind by bugs. One night I found roach crawling on my son's bed as he slept in it!!!!!! Needless to say, we did not sleep very well while we stayed here and we were always skittish. Not worth the money we spent to stay here.

Ease of Access

The property was in a very convenient private location with excellent access to the beach. The interior was a little dated and could use some upgrades and renovations. We did notice droppings from a little creature the was possibly living in the couch that we attempted to use. We loved the fact that the property had a washer and dryer. Personally would have wanted more privacy unit/backside porch is located at the beach access walkway.

Awful cleanliness

The location was perfect! I would like a partial refund! The rear door could hardly open due to age and corrosion of the metal frame, the place was so dirty, the bathtub bottom was dark brown, pillow in master room was stained beyond comfort, the rear door handles on sliding door were hanging off broken, completely not safe! There wasn’t enough silverware for everyone to even eat at once. This place needs some serious work. Very disappointing for the price!

Great location!

We loved the location and were happy to find out there were two toilet areas (since there were 4 of us). The parking and ease of getting into the property was wonderful! The only negative comment would be that the unit could use some updated decorations, really just cosmetic. The people renting next to us asked us to stop in for a drink and their unit had very cute and updated decor, it just gave a more cozy and homey feel. But all in all we loved the stay!

No WiFi/Tiny Towels

Place is a great location and worth it in itself. Teh Wi-Fi was down the entire time I reached out in the first day and never heard from anyone to fix it even after following up. It was cleanish but the shower/tub was not clean. The sheets I had to wash myself and there were only hand towels and no full size towels in the house. Beach access was great but had to have my own gear. It felt very turn and burn but a little paint, new twin beds, and a better cleaning crew and that place would be perfect.

Family Time

We came to spend time with family which stayed in 201 and 207. We were 205. Ours was clean but decor outdated, mismatched and dirty drapes. No screens to slider, but fit the minimal needs and great for grands to drop in. 201 is extraordinary, 207 nicer but upstairs. Storm cut our time short on the beach and we left Wednesday 4pm.

Old and Cheap.

We have always stayed in eastern Shores, we love it here because is beachfront and close to everything. This specific unit lacked many things. They have leftover spoons, forks, cups, pots, etc. There were only 3 coffee cups for example and the can opener was so old and cheap. In general, everything was cheap and not to the standard of Seagrove. There were no bed sheets for the sofa and the AC stopped working on Sunday so, we spend the last night without AC. I love staying in Eastern Shores but this specific unit needs a Re-do. Everything was very old and cheap quality.

Average at best! Best thing is distance to the neach

The location itself is great! The unit is less than desirable. We had ants in the kitchen. They did come and spray promptly. However, the furniture is worn, old and dirty. The only shower needs a lot of attention. There are mold stains and part of the wall has so much water rot afraid it was gonna cave in. The dishwasher has mold in it and is not mounted down properly so anytime you pull it open it moves around. One of the sliders did not have a working lock just a stick in the tracks to keep it closed, very unsafe, Overall for the price it was adequate. Again the location ia the best thing going for it!

I loved the location . I have a bad leg and the convenience to the beach was great .the only thing I felt needed a better internet and you only got a couple channels on tv . Other than that it was great

We like the location and the service is good. My problem lies in the fact that no matter how much the price goes up every year (and next year too) the owners try to get by on the cheap. The furniture is dilapidated. The TV in this condo was much too small. The bath tub needed a complete upgrade. We've stayed at Eastern Shores about 17 times. The location and friends make it nice. However, the furniture wears out from the high volume of rentals, and like I said above, no matter what the price is, nothing is ever replaced. The Internet connections atEastern Shores is also bad.

perfect location but needs a steam cleaning

At first glance the unit seems clean. But there's a sticky grit on all surfaces. Walking barefoot inside left your feet very dirty. The skillets in the kitchen were gross & unusable. The closet in the master bath was full of junk and unusable. The patio light didn't work.

Time to remodel

Loved the location. The unit is in disrepair. You can’t shut the doors to the two bathrooms without getting stuck in the bathroom because the doorknobs are broken. You hear EVEY MOVE the upstairs unit makes PLUS you hear everyone who goes up and down the stairs.
