This condo is on the 3rd floor, great views of the Gulf, with open kitchen and living floor plan. The comfy brand new sofa can be converted into a sleeper. There is WIFI and a flat screen TV, as well as DVD player. The bathroom has two sinks, and a separate tub and shower.

Condo on third floor was very clean, quiet and beautifully appointed. We must have missed the info about there being an elevator on the side of the building so ended up carrying our luggage up 3 flights of stairs - not easy. Parking was always easy to find as we were there in the off-season. Location was fantastic with easy beach access and great restaurants nearby. Welcome snacks were a nice touch. This is the only rental we've ever stayed at where we weren't provided paper towels and toilet paper to last our 3 night stay which was disappointing.

We absolutely loved our stay! The view off the balcony is beautiful! Plus, you can set outside at night and listen to the music from the restaurant downstairs. The room is literally across the street from the public access and also has 3 private beach accesses too if you want that option. It was nice because they were less crowded but still close enough to the public access for bathrooms or washing off our feet/beach items. The room was bright and perfect! Right across the street from Shunk Gulley, coffee shops and shopping. Easy 15 minute drive to Seaside. The bed was super comfy and air conditioning was spot on. We would 100% stay here again.

Our stay was fantastic. The location was perfect. Walking distance to the beach and a few restaurants. Pool was very nice and close. The rooms were very clean and Rebecca was very nice and helpful. We will definitely be back next year.

The property was clean and in a great location. It was a pleasant stay. I would definitely stay at this property again. The communication was exceptional. The amenities were everything we needed. The internet/wifi was down and would not connect during our stay; however, it was of no fault of the owner and steps were taken to try to resolve the issue.

Perfect Getaway!!
Bright, clean, modern!! Some rentals show well online, but fall short in person...that was not the case with this unit!! It was a perfect little getaway for our anniversary!! Once we arrived, we literally did not move our vehicle!! Everything we needed was within walking distance: the beach, dining, shopping, coffee, sweets...all of it!! Rebecca was an amazing host, and communication was excellent!! The only thing we needed to reach out for was missing amenities/pool passes, and they were left under the door mat within a half hour of reaching out!! Thank you for an awesome place to stay for our trip!!

The stay was really awesome. We loved the location that was phenomenal. Hot tubs were not the warmest amongst the stay. Also kind of hard to walk and find them. Love being able to just go outside and walk.
