The only complaint we have is that there wasn’t enough toilet paper for 7 days. But for that to be the only “complaint” speaks volumes! This place was phenomenal. Loved the view, the furniture, the private beach, etc. 10/10 stay and so perfect for our honeymoon.

Reviewer Comments: Perfect location and Benchmark made it extremely easy to get in and out. only problem was getting tv to work but they sent someone out in a timely manner.

Gorgeous view and location!However, as far as value for the price is concerned, we had a few issues:When we arrived at the condo, a curtain in the den had fallen down (which they quickly offered to rehang) then, after we went to bed, we realized the air conditioner had gone out, and the table fan we tried to use was also broken, which made the night quite uncomfortable.Thankfully, the management company did a great job of getting someone out and getting the AC repaired.Lastly, regarding non-essentials, the inside of the condo definitely needs a fresh coat of paint, as the baseboards and walls have a lot of blemishes.,

Amazing views

Lovely corner unit allows amazing views of the beach. We had issues with the door lock but otherwise had a great visit. Recommend Seagrove Market for dinner.

We had a few bumps this year, but it didn’t ruin our vacation and benchmark eventually took care of things. We expect the next year to be better than ever.

The furniture on the balcony is all high top and useless for us - the bathrooms could use some hooks on doors for easier use. There was an issue with a water leak being repaired when we arrived so a hole was in the wall all week. The only negative is the couch is dirty and very uncomfortable needs updating.

With the private beach, we had no trouble setting up right on the water. However, the furniture in the unit is ready for a good cleaning/replacement. The bed was hard and not comfortable at all. Benchmark was great, as always, and we will rent with them again!

The dead bolt on the lock sometimes sticks and needs to be corrected; this makes it hard to get in sometimes. The shower curtain rod almost fell down and the curtain rod in the living room did come loose.

TV remote didn't work and called to notify the office. I was told they would send a person out and no one showed up. Also, the dryer does not work. It starts and cuts off in about 2 minutes.

Reviewer Comments: We had a major problem on arrival, the door code would not work, and we couldn't get in. Finally, I was able to contact maintenance and they came out and opened the door. Someone had unplugged the lock control inside the condo. This told me that the condo was not properly checked before our arrival. The person I talked to said this had happened in the past and I suggested that this should be checked after the departure of the previous tenant. Other than that, the condo was very nice, and we will probably rent it again as long as something is done about checking the door entry system.

Reviewer Comments: First of all, be sure to screen shot or print your info before getting in to town if you have verizon because there is no service. We could access our email to get the door code, then the door code was wrong. Finally made it in an hour later and the wifi was not working. The light switch in the front bath was broken and the couch has stains on it. Benchmark was very helpful and the location is great. We will be back here but not to this condo.

ABSOLUTELY LOVE SEAGROVE BEACH. STAYED IN DIFFERENT CONDOS THERE AND WE REALLY LOVED THIS ONE THE BEST! PLAN TO RETURN NEXT YEAR SAME TIME!

Perfectly appointed, Gorgeous View!

You will love your stay here! Only weird thing was the beach access information still gives a number to type in but you must use electronic bracelets hanging by the door. Otherwise, perfection!
