  • Welcome to "7 Summers", an upscale spacious beach cottage located in the quiet, gated community The Hammocks at Seagrove Beach. The Hammocks is a small family oriented community with charming coastal homes nestled in a forest of oaks and pines, located in the heart of 30A just minutes from Seaside. The Hammocks features 2 community pools as well as a private nature boardwalk that provides access to a stream that connects to Western Lake.

    "Someday" is beautifully decorated and inviting. The large chef's kitchen is outfitted with professional grade appliances and is open to the living and dining area with plenty of workspace perfect for preparing your favorite family meal. The large dining table has seating for 8 and the spacious kitchen island has bar seating for 4. The living room features an open floor plan, high ceilings and an abundance of natural light, large flat screen smart TV and plenty of comfortable seating for the whole family.

    A Master Bedroom is on the 1st floor and the upstairs contains a 2nd master, a king bedroom and a bunkroom. An additional seating area is also on the 2nd floor and set up perfect for the kids to chill and unwind after a day at the beach, with a variety of DVDs and games to enjoy. Three porches provide ample space to enjoy the peaceful nature of the neighborhood and the patio provides seating for 4 and a gas grill perfect for those who love outdoor cooking!

The house was wonderful. Very clean and comfortable. Each bedroom had its own bath and that was great. Pools were small but very nice. We enjoyed both. Shopping close by. We had a great time.

We loved our time staying in 30A! The pools were so nice and close to the house. The floors definitely need a good cleaning/mopping - our feet were black after walking on the floor. Other than that, it was clean and perfect for us!

Great stay for my friend’s bachelorette. Close to shops/easy beach access. We loved riding around on the bikes provided. There was an unexpected power outage on our first night and the host sent the maintenance man to buy us flashlights/lamps so that we could still enjoy the evening. The house was also awesome!

I cannot say enough about how wonderful our vacation was here! The property was beautiful, spotless, great location, beautifully decorated and so spacious for our group of seven. It had everything we needed - beach towels, bikes, equipped kitchen, etc. Our host was AMAZING! She was so helpful with extended checkout times as our flights were all getting delayed. Honestly one of the best VRBO experiences I've ever had!

Someday was wonderful!

Our family came down for a long Thanksgiving weekend and really enjoyed staying at Someday. The house is beautiful, well-appointed and in a great location. We all enjoyed it!

Great location right off 30A with close beach access. House was perfect, everything we needed. Bikes included were great for kids and we rented a golf cart to get around easily. Enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Great Place!!!

Beautiful place to stay. Our family of ten had a wonderful time here. Very clean, very roomy, nicely decorated, comfortable beds and great kitchen. The ice maker was a hit! Walking distance to the beach and we enjoyed the bikes available to us. Would highly recommend!

Great house! Very nicely equipped. Great location. Only suggestion would be a keypad lock, which would be very helpful, especially when there are multiple guests, instead of a key in a lock box. Would definitely book this house again!

This is a beautiful house in a great location.

The hammocks is a small community that provides an exclusive experience which is very close to all of the great beaches and restaurants of Seaside. The house is very spacious and extremely comfortable. It felt like we were at home.

This home was beautiful. It was very spacious and provided plenty of room for 8 women to get ready. The owner and property manager were extremely responsive when we had an issue getting into the lockbox. It is close to beaches and the shopping area.

Friends and Family Summer Vacay

The house is beautiful and perfect bedroom set up with 2 master suites. The location was great; close to the action but in a quiet neighborhood. Easy access to Publix. Seaside was beautiful and lived up to the hype. Our families had so much fun. It’s a great place for adults and teens!

Perfect in everyway!!!

Spring Break 2023 was perfect for EVERYONE!! Tucked away off the beaten path, but not far from the excitement lies this beautiful home with everything imaginable for a relaxing getaway. The owners have done an exceptional job with the decor, not to mention very comfortable beds!!
