Welcome to Watercolor Retreat, a stunning pet-friendly home with a private, saltwater pool and 6-seater golf cart! The private pool has a spacious fenced-in courtyard including a built-in gas grill and multiple lounge areas, one with a large flat screen TV! (The pool can be heated upon request, for an additional fee). Step out into the back yard area to enjoy a gas fire table while soaking up the peaceful sounds of nature in the wooded area surrounding the home. With 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, this home is perfect for your family gathering, sleeping up to 12 guests. Tucked away in the quiet Crossings district of WaterColor, you can enjoy some peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle in the Town Square, but still be close enough to walk, bike, or drive to many area attractions. When you're ready to get out and explore, hop on the golf cart or bikes to enjoy all of the amazing amenities the resort offers, including multiple resort style pools, boutique shopping, and some of the area's most sought after restaurants. This home is close to Seaside, Seagrove, and Grayton Beach as well!

Pool Heating is available from November through April to ensure a comfortable swimming experience during the cooler months. However, please note that heating is not available when outdoor temperatures fall below 50°F. This is because heat pump pool heaters become significantly less efficient in colder conditions and may be subject to increased wear and tear. For this reason, pool heating is only offered when temperatures allow for safe and effective operation!

NOTE: When booking, please provide the correct number of adults and children that will be staying in the home. WaterColor requires a wristband for all guests 5 years and older, to allow access to the amenities (pool and beach) so you must provide the correct number of guests to ensure everyone will have access to the community amenities. We are not able to provide additional wristbands after your arrival, so it is imperative you inform us at least two weeks before your arrival if there is a change after the time of booking. The HOA will not allow more than 12 guests in this home at any time, and they will not issue more than 12 bands per stay. No exceptions can be made.

Golf Carts
NOTE: Golf cart rentals in WaterColor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and will be limited to a certain number of vehicles (approximately 45 per week) throughout the community at any given time. Only one cart may be rented per home and rentals will be granted on a first-come, first served basis. Please contact Electric Cart Company directly for availability and pricing.

Property owner provides a golf cart for guest use as an added amenity when renting their property; however, this is not an amenity 30A Cottages can guarantee. Credits, refunds, discounts or vehicle replacements will not be offered if the provided golf cart is inoperable for any reason. Golf cart repairs can be timely and are completely out of our control.

Pool Heating: Pool and spa heating is offered at an additional cost from October through April. To ensure safe and effective operation, pool heating is only available when weather conditions permit. Heating is not available when outdoor temperatures are consistently below 50°F or above 80°F.

Parking
Watercolor Retreat has designated parking for up to 4 guest vehicles in the driveway and the golf cart is parked in the mini-garage. Vehicles are not allowed in the garage. The golf cart must be stored in the garage when not in use. Rented LSV's (golf carts) must be parked in one of the designated, on-property parking spaces.

WaterColor will only issue one parking pass per property. Any additional vehicles parked in the community without a parking pass displayed could be fined and or towed. WaterColor also has public on-street parking throughout the community for overflow vehicles; parking is on a first come, first served basis and passes must be displayed at all times.

Reservation/Booking Policy
***The cancelation policy and terms of the 30A Cottages & Concierge Vacation Rental Agreement emailed to you at confirmation override any terms and policies from a third party booking site such as VRBO.com, HomeAway.com, or VacationRentals.com. We are not able to reimburse any additional service fees incurred for online bookings outside of our company website since these fees are charged by a third party. We do not offer 100% refund for cancelation at any time after the booking has been processed. A 5% cancelation fee will be charged to cover credit card and document processing for all cancelations.

~ Optional travel insurance plans are available to our guests; some restrictions and timelines apply. Ask for details when booking. Insurance must be purchased BEFORE the final payment or at the time the reservation is paid in full.
~ CHECK-IN BEGINS AT 4:00 P.M. (CST) & CHECK-OUT IS BY 10:00 A.M.
~ Tenant must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age and will be an occupant of the Premises during the entire Rental Period. Reservations shall not be made by or for any person under the age of twenty-five (25), and no key will be issued to anyone who is not twenty-five (25) years of age.
