The Space:
Jonesin430A is a spacious 3 Bedroom, 2.5 Bath townhome in the highly sought after community of Prominence in Watersound, Florida. The spacious kitchen is a cook's dream, as you will have all you need to prepare meals and entertain just the way you do for family and friends at home. The kitchen overlooks the living and dining area, and is equipped with a gas cooktop, stainless-steel refrigerator/freezer, and stainless-steel appliances. The open floor plan features 10' ceilings and has plenty of windows, offering lovely views of Deer Lake State Park. The living area offers 1 sofa, 1 sleeper sofa that pulls out into a Queen size bed, 55" 4K HD TV, and plenty of board games for family game night. The dining area has seating for 6, and 4 extra places at the kitchen island. The primary suite offers a king bed and an en suite bath with dual vanities, a large shower, luxury tile, and upgraded fixtures. The second bedroom has a Queen Bed, and the third bedroom is outfitted with bunk beds (Full over Full). These bedrooms have a shared bath equipped with a vanity and shower. Each bedroom is equipped with flatscreen Smart TV's.
