  • With ­­­4,101 square feet (1,789 interior), Dune Watch sleeps up to 12 and offers 5 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, parking for 6 cars, and a short beach walk (approx. 15 minutes) to downtown Grayton icons The Red Bar, Chiringo’s and The Zoo Gallery.

    Dune Watch underwent an expansion and total renovation, completed in May, 2024. There is a bed swing underneath the house to enjoy an al fresco afternoon nap, and the covered front porch offers the ABSOLUTE BEST VIEWS of the sunsets over the Gulf and State Park!

    Historic Grayton Beach is 30A’s original beach community, founded in the mid-1880’s, that has stayed true to its funky, eclectic vibe. With its designated Blue Wave beach, Grayton Beach has been listed in Dr. Steven Leatherman's (“Dr. Beach”) famed Top 10 Beaches of America FOUR times since 1991 (#1 in 1994, #6 in 2016, #3 in 2019, #1 in 2020), thanks to its pristine coastline and untouched dunes. Dune Watch – and Grayton Beach itself - has so much to offer, you may never want to venture farther out along 30A!

Amazing!

We love staying in Grayton Beach and this house was perfect. Appointed beautifully and right near the beach path which is great on a hot day lugging all your things. Communication was stellar through the whole process too. Our favorite part was sunsets on the deck…no need to rush anywhere to catch it!

Grayt Family Stay

Nice home, recently remodeled, overlooking the dunes. We actually stayed here 5 years ago as well.Had kids and grandkids for a week of fun family beach time. Beautiful sunsets from the deck with a short walk to the beach. Have been coming to Grayton for over 30 years, have stayed a variety of places in town. Still love it!

The location was wonderful , couldn’t ask for any better - we had a major problem on about the 4th day but someone was there within the hour and it was fixed , it was even 9:30 pm !! We would stay here again

We love Grayton Beach, best home base on 30A!

What a great location next to the dunes and just a short walk to the beach... Dune Watch is super comfortable, clean and the screen porch is a great place to hang out... the dune and ocean views are better than expected. The kitchen (appliances/cooking gear) is below average but we made it work...

Amazing Location

We loved staying at this property. The location was perfect. Very close to the beach, so easy with kids. The property was overall very clean. There was definitely some wear and tear that could use some attention. The living room rug was quite stained. I feel like they shouldn’t have a rug there at all do to the sand/dirt that is tracked in. We would stay here again. We rented a Golfcart for the week to visit the other surrounding areas, like Seaside.

Peaceful

The view is phenomenal and why I chose Dune Watch. Bring binoculars in case there’s wildlife moving through the dunes. The furniture is wonderful for lounging in front of the huge tv and the master bed is one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in which was a delightful surprise. Having a gear credit was a fun perk. There’s a Little Free Library at the beach entrance in case you forget your book, and plenty of games and puzzles in the tv console cabinet. The Wanderlust jigsaw is mine and I had a delightful time putting it together on the kitchen counter one morning with a mug of coffee and watching the sunrise over the dunes. Treasured memory.
