A hidden treasure of scenic 30A, Deja Blue is just a two-minute walk to all of the action, yet tucked away in the relaxing low-traffic neighborhood of Blue Mountain Beach.

Directly out back is your own private paradise, with gorgeous porch, large private pool, and lounge chairs.

A home away from home, the ground floor’s amazing high-end chef’s kitchen, and large farm table is where everyone will gather. A delightful, large living room, with 60-inch TV, is also a great space to unwind.

Upstairs, the primary bedroom, king, has a dual vanity, walk-in shower and tub. Down the hall, the first guest bedroom, king, shares the hall bath, and two additional guest bedrooms, queen, share a Jack and Jill bath. The third guest room has 2 twin bunk beds and a queen bed with private bath.

The house was so nice and clean! The property management was very quick to respond to questions and very helpful. The house itself was the perfect size for our multi-generational party and was well insulated from sound. Would definitely be interested in staying here again!

Excellent Vacation Rental!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at Deja Blue. The home was spotless and well maintained. We walked down the street to the beach access everyday and also used the pool daily. The garage had a refrigerator along with some beach chairs, umbrella, pool floats and bikes. The screened in porch also had a small fridge and cooler. We spent a lot of time our there watching tv and playing cards in the evening. A really nice touch that we haven't had in other homes we've rented was that they provided a pouch with some toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel) in each of the bathrooms as well as 2 rolls of TP. There was also one in the kitchen containing dish soap, dishwasher pods and a roll of paper towels. Everyone's beds were very comfortable and the bunk room in the room over the garage was unique. In addition to the 4 built in bunk beds along the walls, there was a queen bed in the center and futon couch in front of it along with a coffee table, TV, full bath and walk in closet. The neighborhood of Blue Mountain is smaller and less crowded than Destin. There are several restaurants within walking and biking distance. 30A is at the top of the street with a fantastic bike path that I walked every morning. I would definitely rent this house again.

Totally impressed with the property, cleanliness and decor

Our first time on the Gulf. The house was beautiful. Having the bunk room was ideal for our grandkids. The bikes were a plus. With 14 of us, we never ran out of hot water.

Wonderful Home Close To The Beach!!

Overall thoroughly enjoyed our stay and had plenty of room for our family of seven. House was clean and Beautifully furnished, and the pool was nice and heated. Short easy, walk to the beach and restaurants, only thing we were a bit surprised about was the driveway is not paved, but other than that, it was a wonderful stay. Definitely plan on staying here again.

Oasis for Family Vacation

This house was absolutely perfect for our big family of 12! My parents, sisters families and my family were all meeting at this house for a week in 30A. There were enough bedrooms and bathrooms where it felt like we all had our own space! The pool was great for my nieces and nephew. The house was only a block or so from the beach and there was so much around it to do. The house was clean, had everything we needed, and when we did have questions, the management company was very quick to respond. Would definitely stay here again for future family vacations!

Short beach getaway

Property was awesome and had every amenity you would need to enjoy a beach trip. Spacious and relaxing with the umbrella in the shallow end of the pool and extra bonus. Only problem was the property Management company called "Oversee" and the lack of courtesy in communication associated to two (2) incidents at the property. On 2 occasions someone from Oversee entered the property UNANNOUNCED until someone from our group realized that they were in the property. One of the two times, my daughter was the only one in the property and was terrified knowing that she was alone in the property and someone had entered again UNANNOUNCED and supposedly use the pool guy. HAVE NO IDEA WHY THE POOL GUY WOULD EVER ENTER THE PROPERTY TO SERVICE THE POOL.

Great stay, except…

The house was great. The property manager, (Oversee) not so much. They were responsive enough during our stay. Then on our second to last day they reached out offering an additional night’s stay at a discounted rate. We had been having such a wonderful week, and though we hadn’t planned on staying until Sunday, everyone was thrilled to gain an extra day, so we all worked to shift our plans and then gladly accepted the offer. Well, not 15 minutes after we accepted, Oversee texted to say oops sorry actually the owner is coming after all and you have to be out at the previously agreed time. Honestly how does this even happen? Poor communication. They apologized but made no move otherwise to make the situation right. I’ll hesitate before booking with Oversee managed properties again.

Wonderful Home

We had a wonderful experience staying at Deja Blue. The house was perfect for our family! Beautifully decorated, comfortable beds, wonderful amenities and you had everything you could possibly need! I highly recommend this home! We will definitely be back!

The Perfect Oasis

My family and I started a tradition of meeting at the beach for one week in the summer. Thanks to Deja Blue, we are spoiled because we had the perfect vacation! The accommodations are outstanding for family gatherings- open feel, beautiful, warm and cozy. Having a pool was so helpful with the littles! Deja Blue is very close to the beach, so truly it hit every check mark we had. From booking to departure, the experience was top notch. As an indication of our experience, I have already booked it again for NEXT summer!

Absolutely PERFECT vacation home!

This property was absolutely beautiful, the pictures don’t even do this home justice! Every part of this home is catered to hosting. You can easily notice the time and effort put into this property from the beautiful room decor, kitchen top notch appliances/utensils, grill/outdoor pool area, and cleanliness. I loved that each bedroom has a TV and associated bathroom for hosting extended family/friends. I knew we would be returning after the first few steps into this home! I loved the aspect that the walk to the beach is 5 minutes away and you can use the pool as well. I loved that the pool light was also on at night. The kids loved to night swim! We did turn the heater on during April to cover for the overcast days and that was a major hit! Favorite part would have to be the screened in porch and swing! The only aspect I would update if I had to, would be having a few extra blankets for the beds. Might be due to the aspect of me being from the Midwest, but the beds all had only had a sheet with a fairly thin blanket/quilt as the covering. We fortunately had a spare quilt in the closet, but could have used more than that yet and ended up using the blanket we used in the car drive there. Minor aspect when you look at everything else you get with this home. We look forward to returning!

Deja-Blue all over again

This is the second year that we have rented this lovely home and it won't be the last! It fits our family's needs perfectly. Plenty of space for my husband and I, our married sons and their wives, and our four grand-daughters. We cook the majority of meals at the house and the kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to prepare great meals. We do wish there was a refrigerator in the garage or on the screened porch to store beverages. It would free up a lot of space in the kitchen fridge. There is a nice wine cooler and separate ice maker, which are great! All of the adults had lovely, well-appointed rooms, and the girls loved sharing the bunk room. The house is laid out very well. It is nice to have a back yard with grassy areas around the lovely pool. There is a very shallow area at one end of the pool where you can place an umbrella. It's really nice to sit in the water under the shade. It is only a short walk down the street to the beach access. The boardwalk is shaded with a tunnel of foliage ... a welcomed thing in the heat of the day. There are a number of restaurants nearby. Red Fish Taco was super! Bikes in the garage made it possible to pedal to Grayton Beach and to Seaside. We love this area because it is not crowded like Destin and Panama City Beach. The beach and the water are glorious. We can't wait to go back!

Wonderful family vacation home near the beach

This home was great for a family vacation. The pool was such a great feature. It has a shallow area perfect for little ones that was shaded by an umbrella. During our visit the entire pool was shaded early to mid-morning. The kitchen was well equipped and beautiful, as was the rest of the home. The screened in dining porch was an added bonus. It was just a short walk to the beach which was less crowded than the Destin area. The whole family said they would love stay there again. The management company was so helpful. Our entry code did not work for check-in, but they had us in the home in 5 minutes with just a phone call.

Deja Blue

This property was amazing! The house is new(late 2019) and looks it. When we arrived, the cleaning company mgr was there. The cleaning company is family owned and he or she inspects every home after the cleaning crew and it shows. Everything was clean and the kitchen well stocked. This large kitchen had everything we needed. There were very nice glasses to use and separate acrylic cups for the pool area. If there was anything different from the pictures or description, it was because the house was better than advertised! The high ceilings made the rooms feel very spacious. We had eight people and felt like we could have had another 8 in the house. The screened porch is a great place to eat or read if it's cool out. Our folks used it as there virtual office in the mornings. The pool has a tanning area in it that has about 8 inches of water. Tan there or put up the umbrella covering that area. Its a great place to chill and talk in the cool water of the pool when its 95 and sunny. The walk to the beach is about 8 houses away. When we go back, I'll bring our beach cart and use it to get us to the steps down to the beach. The view from the top of the steps is phenomenal. The beach here is wide and there are sand bars going out into the Gulf. It's a great place to play in the surf or put your chair in the 8 inch water on the sand bar at low tide(hopefully with a cold beverage in your hand). Master bedroom is very nice; high ceilings, two showers(one in the tub), reading nook and a door out to a front porch perfect for cocktails or reading. So, put simply: very family friendly. new, well designed house, great pool, easy access access to beach, plenty of parking, bikes included and the (ice) Creamery is a block away. Stay at this house, you will not be disappointed on any level.

A great “home away from home”

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. There was plenty of space for 6 adults and 4 kids both indoors and out. The kids loved the bunk room and of course the pool! The walk to the beach took only a few minutes and there are several nice restaurants and shops close by. Red Fish Taco and Blue Mountain Creamery were really good. The house was very well maintained and the kitchen had an ample supply of all the necessities for preparing meals. We had a slight problem at check in because the provided door code didn’t work and we had difficulty reaching someone to talk to. The problem was resolved after about 20 minutes so it was really no big deal. We would definitely rent this home in the future.
