We enjoyed a wonderful spring break! The house was exactly as advertised. I especially liked the location. Quick walk to the beach and The Florida Fish House. We mostly enjoyed morning walks to have coffee on the eastern lake. The house is a great layout for a large group. With the two separate large floors, the multiple porches, spacious front and backyard with large pool deck gave us so much room to enjoy and not feel cramped with 10 people.

Not for children

The house is great for adults but not really for children. No pool / beach toys , chairs, wagon… I have rented for several years and was never told after paying a large amount of money and a flight there to turn around and purchase / rent more things to accommodate kids. AND was not told about the unfortunate beach access up front . That had to happen by the “beach police” which was very embarrassing.But if you don’t have children it’s a nice place

Perfect house for our group

The house was perfect for my group, which included 6 adolescents and teenagers and two adults. It was spacious, nice proximity to the beach (but out of the way of busy spring break bike traffic), and the pool/spa was a real hit. We had a bit of a difficult time getting used to the alarm on the doors to the pool, but that's my only complaint--we would definitely stay here again!

Spring break at Seagrove

This is a nice house for a family. The pool area is nice and the heated pool was a plus. The interior of the house was nice and clean. The lower sitting area adjacent to the pool and the front sitting area could use cleaning. Access to the public beach is a little farther than listed. The TV's in the bedrooms could use updating so you can stream on them. In our opinion fix those and this would merit a 5 star rating.

The property was as listed on VRBO. Our group very much enjoyed the pool and the beach was a quick walk away. A very small thing, but there are very loud alarms on the back doors (for kids) and while I can definitely appreciate this safety feature, it was a little annoying
