  • This calm and soothing Seagrove Highlands condo is the place to make your family's beach memories. This 3rd Floor unit can comfortably sleep up to 6 guests in its 3 bedrooms. The location is great - you're a few steps from the pool, a few minutes from the beach, and only 1 mile east of Seaside. And of course you're surrounded by all of the local flavor that Seagrove Beach has to offer.

    With an open floor plan, you'll find it enjoyable to cook while entertaining your family and friends in the living area. The living room is a cozy place to gather and features a Smart TV and a DVD player. The screened patio opens up to views of Point Washington State Forest. It truly is a peaceful spot to enjoy your coffee and plan out the day's itinerary.

    Sleeping Arrangements:
    Bedroom 1: King bed, TV. Private bathroom with dual sinks, shower and separate tub.
    Bedroom 2: Queen bed, TV.
    Bedroom 3: Twin-over-twin bunk bed.
    Bedrooms 2 and 3 share hallway bathroom with tub/shower combo.

    Beach Access:
    From the front of the complex, head south on Somerset Bridge Road. Directly across 30A at the Tom Thumb is your beach access.
    Distance: .4 miles | Time: 6 minutes walking

    Seagrove Highlands:
    Seagrove Highlands is a family-friendly gated complex featuring a large pool and a quaint pond, nestled next to Point Washington State Forest. You're conveniently positioned between two public beach accesses that are reached with an easy walk or bike ride. Santa Clara Regional Beach Access is just a 5-minute bike ride away and features parking plus restroom facilities.

    Seagrove Beach:
    Named for the thick grove of oak trees lining its coastline, Seagrove Beach is located in the heart of 30A. There's no better spot to experience everything 30A has to offer! Feeling adventurous? Rent a bike and jump on the 20-mile Timpoochee bike trail that runs right up the road from the complex. Visit famous Seaside and Grayton Beach State Park to the West. Head East and discover more of Seagrove Beach plus the wonderful coastal communities of Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. Enjoy exploring the boutique shops, fabulous restaurants, and beautiful state parks in each of these communities.

    Your stay at Seagrove Highlands 2310 comes with Xplorie’s best activities! one ticket per day, per activity! (over $800 in nightly value) Tee off at Emerald Bay or Regatta Bay, zip through Baytowne Adventure Zone, and sail on the Sea Blaster Dolphin Cruise. Enjoy Big Kahuna’s Water Park, Black Light Mini Golf, and scenic bike rides with complimentary rentals. Explore 30A with ease and adventure!

    An initial Benchmark signature box of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 pack of kitchen wipes and liners for each trashcan plus 2 washing machine pods. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.

Comfortable for a Family

This property was a great stay for my family. The kids loved the pool at the end of the day. We had everything we needed and it's centrally located to all 30A has to offer!

My stay with Costal Condos

We had a great experience staying at Coastal Condos in Seagrove. The rooms were as described and clean. The pool was great, very clean. Also convenient to local eating places and beach access. I wold stay there again.

It’s a pretty far walk to the beach if you have small kids or a wagon or anything like that. They were also very weird about giving us extra towels and acted like one per person should be enough.

Close to nice but not noce

Paper thin walls allows you to hear conversations above and beside you.at all hours above and beside you. Ii could even hear cell phones vibrating in condos near me. No one got any sleep . Will not be staying again.

Spring Break with teenagers

The condo is very pretty and clean. Everything worked great from the washer, dryer and appliances to the AC and TV's. We ran into an issue with the golf cart we rented and the onsite property manager was quick to help us until we got up with the golf cart rental company. It was close to several beach access points, Tom Thumb is good to have, and our girls walked to subway to eat a couple of times. There was construction going on across the hall and woke us up pretty early every morning but we know that cannot be helped and work has to go on. We would rent again!

Poor Property management

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was very good, close to everything and we were very comfortable during our stay. But getting into the property was a problem. We ended up arriving after midnight the day of checkin and the property management company had sent us the key code to the rental, BUT they neglected to tell us there was a security gate that required a code to get in, AND NO CODE was provided. We were tired and ready to get some sleep but had to wait outside the gate for 20 minutes while we made a few calls to get a code. This was a major oversight on their part. Would rent the place again but this was definitely a bummer and all we got for the inconvenience was "I'm sorry" at 0-dark thirty after driving for 7 hours to get here. Would have been nice to get a follow up call but that didn't happen either.

We were vry pleased with the Seagrove Highlands unit. It was very spacious and extremely well constructed and laid out. We were very comfortable with the beds and other furniture. Our end of the building was reasonably quiet considering we were there during the height of spring break. The kitchen was also well equipped with utensils for any of your needs. You do need your own paper products and bathroom supplies except for a minimal amount of shampoo and soap. We would definitely stay with Benchmark again.

Great Beach Week

Nice place, well worth the cost. Liked the screened in balcony. Only negative was that the coffee maker didn’t work. Pool was okay. Beach was a short walk and the kids had a blast.

Close to Santa Rosa Beach, it was less than a 10 minute walk. Within reach 3 other beaches, including Pensacola, Destin, Panama. Good food and shopping!

Great condo!

We have stayed in many places along 30A and we loved this condo. The location is great walking distance to the beach. It was very well stocked and comfortable beds, good pressure in the showers and the management company was very easy to deal with. Would definitely go again.
