  • This laid-back Blue Mountain Beach home is made for easy days and time together. It’s quiet, comfortable, and has plenty of room for big families or groups to spread out and relax. With six bedrooms including four king beds, two full beds, and a bunk room with three full beds everyone has a cozy place to land at the end of the day.

    The house is set up for hanging out, whether you’re sharing meals at the table (there’s seating for 16), catching up in the living room, grabbing a drink at the bar, or letting the kids have their own space in the playroom.

    You’ll have private beach access, with chairs and cabanas for long beach days. One of our favorite spots is the tippy top lookout, perfect for winding down and watching the sunset.

    With a fully stocked kitchen and parking for up to six full-size vehicles, everything you need is here. It’s an easy, comfortable beach home where you can slow down and enjoy being together.

This gorgeous house exceeded every expectation! Beautiful home located on a beautiful beach. Host was easy to communicate with and quick respond. Highly recommend!

Truly special property! Our group of 12 adults had the best experience. This home is ideal in every way. It’s set up for entertaining and gathering. You walk right down the steps to the beach. Blue Mountain Bakery and other local spots are a short walk. En suite bathrooms were a major plus. 2 sets of washers and dryers make it very convenient for longer stays. Ocean views absolutely could not be beat! Our host was very responsive and welcoming. Could not more highly recommend.

The house is beautiful! We loved every minute of our stay. The house is very clean and the furnishings were comfortable and accommodating for a large group. The location of the house was perfect, you can’t beat walking down the stairs to the beach. The neighborhood is quiet and charming, but still within walking distance to restaurants, Blue Mountain Creamery, bike rentals, etc. The kitchen was fully stocked with every kind of cooking and baking pan, dish, appliance that you need. It was a pleasure working with the host.Thank you for a dreamy week at Pinkie Promise

Pinkie Promise exceeded our expectations. The first floor is very large and open. It was wonderful for all of us to be able to spend time together. In addition to the living room kitchen area, there are two additional rooms downstairs. One is a large tv room with a comfy couch, the other is an office/library that can be closed for work if needed. The king bedrooms all face the Gulf with fantastic views. The owner was quick to answer any questions that came up.The area around the house is conducive for walking or biking to the restaurants and shops that are close.We really enjoyed our stay and hope to stay there again.
