  • This open and airy 4-bedroom coastal paradise is just a short walk to the beach and a short distance to some of 30A’s favorite restaurants and shopping! This home is perfect for visitors looking to be smack dab in the middle of the action! Less than a 5-minute walk from the beach, this recently developed area has a beautiful fenced in pool complete with lounge chairs and surrounding palm trees make for a serene getaway.

    1st Floor:
    You’re greeted by the open concept main living area with a chef’s kitchen and plenty of dining seating. The lofty living room is perfect for a movie night in or a family game night! A high chair and Pack 'n Play are also provided.

    Enjoy the convenience of a 1st floor master suite right off the kitchen. The front porch is welcoming and spacious enough to enjoy sunrises and sunsets and the outdoor shower is an added bonus-helping you keep the floors sand free.

    2nd Floor:
    At the top of the stairs, you’ll find the bunk area with TV and also the balcony access. The kids will love taking over this area. There is a convenient access to the hallway full bathroom. The other 3 bedrooms complete the 2nd floor.

    Bedroom 1, 1st Floor: King bed with TV. Private bathroom with large shower.
    Bunk Area, 2nd Floor: 2 sets of twin-over-twin bunks
    Bedroom 2, 2nd Floor: King bed with TV and private bathroom.

    Beach Access:
    For a beach day head to your beach access at Gulfview Heights, just 0.4 miles away. It's a 2-minute drive or a 7-minute walk. This public access has parking, restrooms, showers, picnic tables with shelter, and lifeguards during peak season.

    Blue Mountain Beach has something for everyone. The local creamery has made its mark on this delightful neighborhood - when you come to Blue Mountain, you have to stop for their homemade ice cream. Just a short drive west and you’re close to all the shopping, restaurants, and entertainment of Sandestin, Miramar Beach and Destin. Go east and you can visit all the popular South Walton beach communities of Grayton Beach, Seagrove, Seaside and more.

    An initial Benchmark signature box of amenities is provided for all guests. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. Best vacation stay!!

This home was perfect for our 1st time Florida vacation. The location is perfect and the 7 minute walking distance to the beach. The cleanliness of the outside of the house and indoor was beautiful. We would totally come back and recommend this home rental.

The only "cons" I have are for the owners and would make this a 5 star property...add more towels (1 per person per week is not enough), invest in better bedding (sheets paper thin, NO blankets provided, xtra pillows soiled and had no pillow cases until Benchmark dropped some off), include beach towels, include beach chairs, keep cleaning supplies and a vacuum in the house (this would also help your cleaning staff on the back end), smart tv's needed

Great location, very short walk to the beach across 30A and nice couple areas within walking distance to get a drink, coffee, food, beach items. Pool was in good shape, a nice add for the trip.Only downside for me on the trip was the WiFi (and in turn cell service, though this has been the case often for me on trips down to 30A). I work a decent amount on these family trips and the WiFi was very very slow and because the whole 30A area generally has terrible cell service using a hotspot doesn't help. Not a big issue, nor anything enough to take off a star just a note for those of you working a bit while here.Either way one of the top houses we've had a chance to stay in down in the area and could see us coming back in the future.

We loved that the private pool was so close to the unit. Our favorite thing about our stay was the beach. It was a short walk to the beach access which included a nice restroom, as well as a drinking fountain with a water bottle filler. The beach had a lifeguard and was not crowded! I would absolutely stay here again!

The drive to Seaside was easy, although we had everything we wanted in Blue Mountain. Don't miss out on Little Bird's Next. We loved it!

Perfect family home.

Great location, nice pool and quiet area. Just a short walk to the beach. The beach house has plenty of room. Love the location of the bunk beds. Only thing needed was more towels and a few additional kitchen utensils. I highly recommend this beach house!!!!

The kids had a blast at the pool which it right across the parking area. One thing to note none of the TV's were smart TV's this matter to us as we had two small children and we were stuck watching cable in the morning and evening.
