    ~ THE SPACE ~
    “Bella Vita” is a spacious beach retreat just steps from the white sand, designed for easy, comfortable family vacations. The private beach entrance is located directly across from the driveway, giving guests a simple walk to the sand without the crowds or stairs often found at many beach accesses. Beach days are made even easier with included backpack beach chairs, a wagon, and an umbrella. Load up your snacks, drinks, cross over to the beach entrance, and settle in for a relaxing day by the water.

    Inside, “Bella Vita” is bright, open, and thoughtfully arranged for large families or groups. One of the home's best features is its flexible layout, with 6 bedrooms, each with its own attached bathroom. The main home includes 2 king master suites, a double queen suite, and a bunk room, all with private bathrooms, shower/tub combos, and TVs.

    Off the back deck, the carriage house suite offers a queen bed and a comfortable setup for guests who may enjoy a little extra separation from the main living area. This suite includes a sitting area, flat-screen TV, dining area for 4, kitchenette with compact refrigerator and coffee maker, plus a beautifully updated bathroom with a custom tile shower.

    The lower-level studio apartment has a private exterior entrance and is a great option for a teenager, couple, or guest who prefers their own space. It features a queen bed, bistro table for 2, kitchenette with mini fridge, and bathroom with shower.

    With convenient beach access, included beach gear, and a layout that gives everyone room to spread out, “Bella Vita” makes family beach vacations simple, comfortable, and memorable.

    "Bella Vita" is off 30A in a quiet private community in Dune Allen, just a mile away from Gulf Place town center. This area is lined with artsy villages, coastal lakes, eclectic beach bars, world-class restaurants, and 25,000 acres of protected habitats. Stop by Perfect Pig for mouth watering food any time of day, sneak in a lunch or dinner at Stinky's Fish Camp or watch the dolphins from the second story of the the Shunk Gulley Oyster Bar. Florida's Scenic Highway 30A has something for everyone and is home to the world's most beautiful white sand beaches.

    "Bella Vita" is located near many beach access points. The private Bullard beach access is across from the driveway. Public access within a few minutes includes Fort Panic beach access, Dune Allen Regional beach access, West Allen Loop beach access, and even Ed Walline regional beach access where you can walk across the street to Shunk Gulley Oyster Bar and grab a meal and drink to go and sit on the beach with fabulous food and a breathtaking view. The Villages of 30-A Include Dune Allen, Santa Rosa Beach, Blue Mountain Beach, Grayton Beach, WaterColor Seaside, Seagrove, Watersound, Alys Beach, Seacrest, Rosemary Beach, and Inlet Beach.

Location, location, location

The location could not have been better. The beach access is right across the driveway, making it incredibly easy to walk back and forth throughout the day even for the older crowd. It was so convenient to run back for lunch, grab something we forgot, or take a break from the sun. The house itself was very clean and very well stocked. We especially enjoyed relaxing on the porch in the evenings. We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely book Bella Vita again for our next trip to 30A.

Large comfortable home

Large home that was perfect for our large family vacation. The apartment and carriage house gave plenty of privacy for our adult kids and their significant others while the main house served the purpose of our family dinners after a day at the beach, family game nights and lots of laughter. We absolutely loved the home, the location and how clean and comfortable it was.

House was perfect for our family. My daughter and son in law with my 18 month old grandson was able to stay in the carriage house and give them the privacy needed while the rest of the family stayed in the main house. We was slighted disappointed that the downstairs bedroom was not connected to the main house but it worked okay for my in-laws because they like getting away from the crowd sometimes anyway.

Great Time with Family!!

Such a great place to stay! We had our entire family 9 adults 8 children and we were very comfortable in this home! We absolutely loved the privacy of the beach that is just a short walk across the street from the home. My grandchildren loved the bunk room with the video games! Definitely will be back!

Great location close to the nice private beach

Concrete wash off area would be nice to help with the sand . Had private chef cook fish we caught offshore. Kids had a good time at dark on the beach running around catching crabs . Much quieter and private than Watercolors area .

We really enjoyed our time at this spacious beach house! It's tucked into a peaceful, quiet area community off 30A by Gulf Place. The beach entrance is directly across the street, which was amazing, literally steps away!!!! The house had everything we needed—tons of space, a big front porch that was great for relaxing, and all the beach gear (chairs, umbrella, and a wagon) ready to go. It was the perfect setup for a laid-back beach trip. Beach Luxury Vacations was fantastic to work with—friendly, helpful, and on top of every detail. We had a smooth, stress-free stay and would absolutely come back again!

We had a wonderful week! House is very nice and spacious, plenty of room for a large group. Literally steps away from a private beach. The water is beautiful, beach has white powdery sand.....couldn't ask for a better family vacation!!

Perfect Beach House Just Steps from the Sand!

We had the best time staying at this 6-bedroom beach house just off 30A! You seriously can't beat the location—it's only about 30 feet from the beach, so we were on the sand in seconds every day. No need to pack the car or haul a bunch of stuff—just walk out the door and you're there. The house itself is super spacious, clean, and comfortable. There was more than enough room for our whole crew to spread out, and the setup made it really easy to hang out together in the main living area or grab some quiet time in your own room. We loved how close it was to all the fun on 30A too—tons of great restaurants, shops, and things to do nearby, but the community was quiet and relaxing. Highly recommend this place for families or groups of friends looking for a beach vacation with space, comfort, and unbeatable access to the ocean. We're already talking about coming back!

We had an incredible stay at this beach house booked through Beach Luxury Vacations. The house was perfect for our large group—spacious, well laid out, and super comfortable, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The carriage house and separate apartment were such a great bonus for extra privacy and we loved that every bedroom had its own private bathroom. The location couldn't have been better—just 20 feet from the beach entrance. It was so easy to come and go throughout the day. The home is in a quiet, peaceful community, which made it feel like our own little retreat. We also really appreciated all the beach gear—chairs, umbrellas, and a wagon were provided, making beach days a total breeze. Beach Luxury Vacations made everything easy from booking to check-out. Perfect for a large family of 11!

Perfect for a family of three generations, all operating on a slightly different schedule.Very soundproof which was great having 3 children 3 years and under. Also great having two private spaces, the carriage house and basement apartment to spread out. Close proximity to beach was of utmost importance! Many trips back and forth with little ones. Wonderful experience!

Wonderful family vacation

The home was perfect for our family vacation! Easy walk to a private beach, restaurants, activities ( including pickle ball!) close to the area. I highly recommend this home for a large family. Very spacious. Kitchen had everything we needed for a few home cooked meals. We will be back!

Nice quiet private beach right across the street

Just across the street is a nice private beach, not crowded and very quiet! The home is very large and the bedrooms have more room than you know what to do with. The kitchen has everything you need, the keurig duo was a huge plus. Everything was very clean and tidy. Beach Luxury Vacations was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. The guest app made things very simple. Thanks for great relaxing getaway.

Family Beach Getaway!

Home was beautiful and comfortable! Great location steps away from the private beach. Accommodations were wonderful and the house property company helped with any questions we had promptly. Our only concern was the kitchen items. Maybe add additional coffee cups, kitchen towels, cutting boards, sharper knives….
