"Ruben welcomed us to the house personally then gave us our privacy after that. He answered all questions and requests promptly, but his house was a JEWEL in the Nicoya area. "Stayed between Dec 17-23 in the studio apartment with my daughter. Great place! Close to everything. Very clean. Great pool/deck area. Customer service via WhatsApp and in person was easy. They booked our excursions and helped with local reccomendations. Has only 9 units so it’s quiet. Beach is a 3 min walk. Grocery is 5 min walk. Great bakery a minute away. We will stay here again. "
