First line sea view from living room and terrace. Located next to sports complex with tennis courts and paddle courts. Restaurants shops and groceries within walking distance as well as a nature reserve for walking. There is also a tourist train to the beach, shopping center and restaurants. Gated complex with communal swimming pool and children's pool.

Facilities:

Luxury apartment 80 m2 with elevator,
Layout: Located on the first floor, all on the ground floor, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room with access to a spacious terrace (approx. 6 x 3 meters) with dining table and adjustable chairs with cushions and sea view. Separate luxury kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction hob, extractor hood and granite counter top and also separate outdoor area with washing machine, dryer and boiler. The entire apartment has a central air conditioning system which controls the temperature in summer and winter.

Long corridor: bathroom (1) with walk-in shower of 90 x 150 cm with glass sliding wall, toilet, bidet and washbasin with mirror cabinet .. Large bedroom (1) with bed of 160x200 cm with built-in wardrobe and adjoining bathroom (2) also with walk-in shower of 90x150 cm with glass sliding wall, toilet and washbasin with mirror cabinet. Sliding doors from the bedroom to the outside area where there is a washing machine, dryer and hot water boiler of 100 liters. Bedroom (2) with bed of 140x200 cm, 2 bedside tables and wardrobe of 150 cm wide.
Bedroom (3) with 2 beds 90x200 cm, with bedside table and wardrobe of 150 cm wide.
Living room with leather sofa with chaise longue, Flat screen Smart TV (50 inch) (Possibility to watch your own Netflix). Blue Ray DVD player and some DVDs. Glass dining table with 6 leather chairs and wall with 3 cupboards.
Very luxurious finish.

Terrace 6 by 3 meters, SEA VIEW with awnings that can cover the entire terrace.
Dining table with chairs and 2 sun loungers.
Communal swimming pool, open all year.

Amazing

We have never used VRBO before or visited Gran Alacant and from the moment we made this booking Brigitte went above and beyond with communication to make our stay as easy as possible. The apartment.is spacious, equipped with everything you could possibly need and more and is spotlessly clean. The view is beautiful. Only 15 mins transfer from the airport. The pool is also clean and a welcome place to cool off in the heat. Close to the beaches and many other places of interest such as Santa Pola (great boat trip to Tabarca with snorkel hire), Algar Falls and much more that we didn’t get to explore so we will definitely be back. The tourist train was great for getting around and some local buses too. The market on Thursdays was great and the Centro commercial is fun for the kids and lots more places to eat and drink. Great restaurants, bars and shops within walking distance. Cocoa and Good View were our favourites. Great service and food. Directly above a lovely bakery and newly opened supermarket so had the luxury of fresh bread and pastries for a good price each morning and friendly staff. Brigitte and her daughter met us personally and showed us around the apartment and also provided lots of local knowledge and information. We loved meeting you both and cannot thank you enough for the best week - our first time abroad with our four children and we’ve made lifelong memories and hope to be back again soon!

Excellent sejour

Merveilleuse location de confort avec une vue imprenable sur mer qui ne rajoute qu’à son charme et ses prestations de qualité. Les hôtes sont soigneuses, disponibles et très attentionnées. Bel appartement

Conforme à l’annonce, propreté irréprochable, bonne literie, jolie vue mer. Rue passante bien que sans issue donc des difficultés pour trouver un emplacement pour la voiture au pied de l’immeuble. Climatisation dans tout le logement. Logement peu isolé du bruit extérieur mais ne nous a pas empêché de dormir. Belle piscine dans la résidence. Très bons restaurants accessibles à pieds.

Luxurious apartment in an ideal location

Honestly, one of the best places we’ve ever stayed. Location wise, the apartment is close to one of the land train stops, which services all the main attractions in Gran Alicante, including the commercial centre, beach and restaurants. There are also restaurants, bars, a well stocked shop and bakery within walking distance of the apartment. We highly recommend Atipico (less than a five minute walk) - the food really is incredible. The apartment itself is spotless and equipped with everything you could need for your stay. We enjoyed the comfortable inside space (extensive tv channel selection for nights in) and the terrace, which has plenty of space to eat and relax. The pool area is well maintained and was not too busy during our stay. Brigitte and Gunther are fabulous hosts with responsive communication both before and during our stay. We loved that they met us when we arrived and showed us around the apartment. They left Cava and delicious pastries from the bakery which really got our holiday off to a great start. If you are looking for a 5* experience, this is the place for you. We will definitely be returning soon.

Unvergesslicher Blick in toller Gegend

Der Blick aus dem Balkon würde schon reichen. Dazu bekommt man aber eine hochwertige Ausstattung einer gepflegten, sauberen Wohnung mit komfortabler zentraler Klimaanlage, mit Eigentümern, die sich persönlich kümmern. Viele preiswerte (oder sogar billige) Restaurants in Fußnähe, mehrere kilometerlange Strände mit kostenlosen Parkplätzen in 5 Autominuten. Einziger Nachteil: die Fenster der Schlafzimmer gehen nicht nach Außen hinaus.

very nice apartment and very welcoming owners

We really enjoyed our stay in this nice apartment, well equipped and well located with a nice view on the see. It's exactly as it's described in the advertisement and we didn't miss anything because all is available and very practical inside the apartment. A Big Thanks to Brigitte, our host, who was our Guardian Angel even before our departure from Belgium, during our stay and until our travel back home. She was always available and answering all our questions and needs. She is very professional and has a the sense of service and hospitality. Her husband Gunther and her daughter Charlotte are also available when needed and don't hesitate to offer help and advice. I highly recommend this apartment and would not hesitate to come back during our next holidays. I'll also recommend it to my friends and family. See you soon Brigitte :-).

Fantastic apartment in Gran Alicante

This apartment is beautifully clean, bright and spacious with everything you could possibly need. From buckets and spades for the beach to olive oil and salt & pepper in the kitchen. Not forgetting Netflix which my boys of all ages enjoyed very much. There really was nothing missing. Brigitte and Ghunter are excellent hosts with a wide knowledge of the area and were very helpful indeed. Nothing was too much trouble. We had a wonderful family holiday here. The pool was great for those days that we chilled at the apartment and the local beach was lovely and not overly busy. I would recommend hiring a car to visit Santa Pola and Alicante. The boat trip to Tabarca was a high-light for us all. I would highly recommend this apartment and would love to return at some point.

Wunderschöne Woche in Alicante

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Urlaubswoche in Gran Alacant. Die Vermieter waren sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Das Appartment ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Besonders für uns als Familie mit zwei kleinen Kindern hat es an nichts gefehlt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können den Urlaub jeder Familie weiter empfehlen.

Bel appartement avec tout confort

Bonjour, Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Santa Pola. Appartement spacieux, lumineux, moderne et neuf. Rien ne manque. Terrasse sympa face à la mer. Peu accueillir aisément une famille de 6 personnes. Manque peut-être une place de parking. Mais ce n’est pas bloquant. Merci à Brigitte et Ghunter pour leur chaleureux accueil et leur disponibilité. Brigitte parle très bien Français et son mari l’espagnol et l’anglais. Cela facilite la communication. Je vous recommande cette location. Concernant les activités, je vous recommande le parapente, c’est top et la vue est magnifique. À faire quelques petits marchés en journée et nocturne, château de Santa Barbara. La plage est top. Pour les amateurs de VTT, c’est sympa. Vacances douces et reposantes. Merci encore Brigitte et Ghunter 😊👍🏻

Perfect Stay in Gran Alacant

Our stay in Gran Alacant exceeded our expectations. You can contact the landlord with all your questions and they also give many tips about the environment. We have therefore had a good and relaxed holiday. The apartment is very luxurious and was fully equipped.

Beautiful luxury Apartment

We had a lovely stay in this luxury apartment, everything you need & all very top quality. Amazing sea views on the balcony. Quite resort with a few local shops & restaurants. Spent a day in Alicante, Benidorm. Would recommend going to Santa Pola 10 min drive. I would recommend a car during your stay. The owners were lovely & very accommodating. Would definitely stay here again & recommend.

We stayed for 11 days and everything was perfect: very cozy appartment, wonderfull hosts, and perfect location: quiet, near to good beaches and services (restaurants, supermarkets...).Such a worderful stay. We will return. Estuvimos 11 días y todo fue perfecto: un apartamento muy coqueto y decorado con mucho estilo, unos propietarios encantadores y una localización perfecta: tranquila, cerca de las playas y con todos los servicios cercanos ( restaurantes, supermercados, farmacia...). Qué estancia más maravillosa! Sin duda volveremos.

Fantastic!

The property itself is beautifully decorated, very clean and equipped with everything you would need for your stay. Beds really comfortable. Real 'home from home'. Owners are Gems! Welcoming, friendly, helpful and accommodating. Lovely view from terrace. Nice pool. Good location. We had a hire car which took us to some fantastic local beaches in Santa Polo.
