Private Finca Hideaway with Pool and Mountain Views

Welcome to Can Punyetes – a private finca for those who value peace, open space, and outdoor living. Start your day with the sunrise over the mountains, spend hours at your private pool (7 × 3 m), and enjoy long meals under the pergola. Beaches and the sea are just a few minutes' drive away; we highly recommend renting a car. This place is ideal for couples, two pairs of friends, quiet adults, or a small family.



The outdoor area is the heart of the house: dining table, lounge, sun loungers, hanging chair, hammock, outdoor shower, and built-in barbecue. From the terrace and pool, you have panoramic views of the Serres de Llevant nature reserve. Olive, almond, lemon, and fig trees surround you with Mediterranean greenery. Depending on the season, you can enjoy fruit straight from the tree. The finca’s natural setting is part of its charm; depending on the time of year, you may encounter ants, mosquitoes, small flies, or wasps.



Inside, Can Punyetes has a personal touch. Antiques, natural materials, art, and unique finds give the rooms warmth and character. Three individually designed bedrooms accommodate up to five guests. The kitchen is well equipped; spices, oil, and vinegar are provided.



A regional welcome treat awaits you. You’ll also find tips for beaches, restaurants, and excursions. The finca is self-sufficient in energy and water. There is no classic air conditioning; fans are available in the bedrooms.



The finca is home to Botas, a friendly house cat who lives only outdoors and is not allowed inside. We ask you to feed him; food is provided. For many, he quickly becomes part of the finca experience. If you have a strong cat allergy, fear, or dislike of cats, Can Punyetes may not be the right place for you.
