⭐ 1/5 Stars – Extremely Disappointing Experience at Grand Sirenis Cartagena All-Inclusive Resort DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! My experience at Grand Sirenis Cartagena All-Inclusive Resort was extremely disappointing. This resort falls far below the standards anyone should expect from an all-inclusive vacation. Between the poor accommodations, terrible food, and low-quality alcoholic beverages, this was anything but a relaxing getaway. The room conditions were absolutely unacceptable. Our room had visible signs of moisture damage, dark mold-like staining on the walls and ceiling, and water leaking from the ceiling. The room was damp, and the overall condition raised serious concerns about cleanliness, maintenance, and guest safety. The pictures speak for themselves. No paying guest should have to stay in a room with these conditions, especially at a resort advertising itself as a quality all-inclusive destination. The food was another major disappointment. The quality was poor, the meals were unappetizing, and the overall dining experience left much to be desired. When booking an all-inclusive resort, guests expect decent food and a variety of enjoyable dining options. Unfortunately, this resort failed to deliver. The alcoholic beverages were equally disappointing. The bar drinks were made with low-quality alcohol, and the cocktails lacked the quality you would expect when paying for an all-inclusive experience. The drinks felt cheap, adding to the overall disappointment

This was the worst “resort” I’ve ever stayed in! There were roaches, nothing like the photos. No safe,no towels,no drawers,no fridge. The food selection was terribly limited. There was more bread and pastry than there was food. You had to pay to sit at the beach. No gym. No one to translate. Never again.
