"It is a nice location except while we were there, the road construction made it hard to get in and out."

"Our room,bath,lobby grounds all clean and nice. The outdoor seating needed attention...and this was at 4pm...still remnants of breakfast. Food stuck to the sides of the table. Outdoor hottub was not working. We didn't eat breakfast there but it looked ok. Bed and pillows all comfy and clean as well as our bathroom. Convenient location and the view of the mountain from the outdoor patio and I assume some of the rooms is beautiful! AC WORKED GREAT."

"I did not like that children were allowed to splash, play, and take up the entire pool. Every time I tried to cool off and enjoy myself, I couldn't, as no one was enforcing parents to keep an eye on their kids' behavior."

"My only complaint is the buffet. Charging a family of four $84 for such a small buffet was disappointing. There were very few food options, and the quality and selection did not justify the price. If you're going to charge what Golden Corral charges for a buffet, the variety and value should be comparable. Families already spend a lot of money to stay here, so the dining experience should feel like it's worth the extra cost. I hope you improve the buffet by offering more variety and better...

"The breakfast was not that great. Our key cards kept getting deactivated but they were quick to fix that issue. The pool did not look clean so the kids did not enjoy that. Other than that the room was nice and spacious for 6 of us. Easy area to get around in."

"When I got there, I was checked into a very dirty room once got changed. The whole lounge area when you walk in was trashed. I’ve been to many Hilton properties and never have I experienced this from a Hilton property."

With in a few days the sink in the kitchen was leaking and the toilet over flowed. The maintenance person was awesome and got everything fixed quickly. "The fully equipped kitchen had basic appliances, stove top, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and most basic dishes for 3-4 people. Not bad however, the kitchen did NOT have pots, pans, and accessories to cook with, or a dish strainer or a sponge to wash dishes with. (Nor were kitchen items (except for a sponge) obtained after requesting for 3 days in a row, I gave up after that. Horrible for a one week stay. "Saw an older man on a motorcycle very drugged outside the hotel. Saw a young man smoking weed right by entrance as well. The guests were loud. Would not recommend for a family with children and teens. For us was ok since was traveling with adults."
