"Everything was great! We loved staying here, communication with Katia was easy, and Consuelo was a sweetheart. The pool was much larger than the pictures made it look, and we enjoyed swimming in it every day! "We stayed here mainly to visit Mayan temples in the region. There are 2 super markets in a 2 min walking distance and because we had a rental car we did not mind not being closer to downtown San Ignacio. It is not that far, but for walking it is. The house had all needed facilities and functioning appliances, but don’t expect modern state of the art US style appliances. Overall good value for money."

"The check in was easy. We appreciated the fenced yard as we had children with us so it made us feel a smidge safer. Easy to get to the best parts of town like the highway and the market. "We really enjoyed our stay at the Pine Tree Villa. The space was clean, comfortable and convenient. The home is a 30 minute walk from central San Ignacio, so the neighborhood is quiet but it's still easy to stop by town."

"Beautiful property within a community still being built. This is going to be a fantastic development when fully finished. You definitely will need a 4-wheel drive vehicle to access it (especially in the rainy season). "Overall, the property was great. We did have the hot water heater go out, and there is an air conditioning in every room, but the property manager communicated great greatly and provided us a discount of 50 for the inconvenience of not having hot water for three of our four days there."

"I originally had some hesitation after reading older reviews, but I’m so glad we went ahead with this stay. The host has clearly listened to feedback and made amazing upgrades. Now all the bedrooms have air conditioning, which made a huge difference—everyone slept comfortably even in the summer heat. They also added a water heater, so we enjoyed nice hot showers whenever we wanted, and we had absolutely no issues with the toilets during our stay.Overall, this home far exceeded our expectations....
