"Beautiful private development that is somewhat isolated and on a steep hillside. Depending on location of your villa, there may be quite a climb to get up from beach/pool/restaurant. We took taxis/uber to get to town for other food and other beach. "

"The entire property was fantastic. The staff were super helpful and accommodating. The unit we were given was perfect, lots of space for 4 people and the full kitchen was well used. Having the pools onsite and spread around the property was a great touch and all other owners/guests that we met were very helpful and friendly!"

"We knew this place would be amazing based on the pictures, but honestly, they don't do it justice. This home is absolutely beautiful. Between the views and the fully stocked home, the owner's truly thought of everything. Also, the house manager, Alex was extremely friendly and very helpful. While the home is not walkable to a beach, everyday we spent the morning in the pool, then visited one of the many beaches in the area (ranging from 8 mins-1hr drive), then came back in the evening to grill...

"The property was just as described. Eladio is a great host with even better excursions. The first day we seen howler monkeys, macaws, white face monkeys and plenty of crocodiles. The parrots play in the trees right outside of the house along with the iguanas. "

"We had a great time at Los Almendros! Easy walk to a quiet beach, good restaurant and 3 nice and quiet pools on site. There are a lot of stairs to get up to the condo we stayed in from the beach and pools, so keep that in mind if you have any physical limitations. The management was so helpful and communicative! Would definitely recommend this location. "

"Beautiful and well maintained property. Beach is accessible right from the back yard. Although it is a public beach, it felt like a private beach as there were not many people there. Right next to a great restaurant and 10 minute drive to Coco beach area where there are lots of options for dining/shopping. Check-in/out was great with attentive property manager, Sergio."

"We spent a month at this property. It was comfortable. Nice pool area with lots of shade. Great community pool as well. Easy drive to amenities in the area. The BBQ is located downstairs at the pool and was not very convenient for cooking evening meals. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again."

"Place was amazing, we had an awesome time. The sunset views was spectacular. Its very close to the beach. Julia was a fantastic host. Kids had a blast in the pool. The house was perfect for our group of 19. You will not be disappointed booking this place. Julia helped us renting golf cart, which we used to go around the town. Tons of places to eat in town. She also arranged for massages in house and that was perfect. I highly recommend booking this place."
