"Easy check in process and all the necessities. Definitely not for a family but perfect for 1 or 2 comfortably. Access to downtown is quick and there are some great restaurants really close by. Id definitely stay again. "

"The trip to our favorite location , Santa Cruz , was AWSOME . The weather was perfect, the location of the home , perfect . One huge setback was Construction at each house on either side of this house. We arrived on Friday afternoon to construction trucks on both sides of the driveway with considerable construction noise. It’s not the homeowners fault BUT a HEADS-UP would of been very appreciative !! The pictures make the inside of the home look much bigger but it did fit our family needs. “ THE...

"We enjoyed a family get together with grown children and grandchildren scattered across the state. So much to see and do: Beach, Boardwalk, Pier shops and restaurants, Roaring Camp trains and hiking, Monterey Bay Aquarium. "

"We love this house. It is 1/2 block from the beach with lots of places to walk to. Tide pools are at the end of 16th Ave. We all go our seperate ways during the day, but come together for dinner. Plenty of room for all of us to eat together. However, we noticed the smoke detectors were missimg upstairs. Looking forward to renting again next year. "

"We've stayed in at least 8 or 9 places in the Santa Cruz area, and this might have been our favorite. It's spacious and well-furnished. The hot tub is excellent. Plenty of room for a family with two teenagers and a small dog. Easy 10-min walk to Capitola Village, 10 mins the other way to Verve and a bunch of surf shops, 14-min drive to downtown Santa Cruz. Hosts were easily reachable via text. Would definitely consider staying here again."

"Our family of nine, adult kids and grandkids, stayed for a week. The home and location was perfect! Everything needed for the beach was provided; towels, boogies boards, wagon, chairs, etc. The kitchen was great and had everything you needed and the living area was very comfortable. The two car garage with openers was a definite plus. Hope to stay there again!"

"We enjoyed a few days in this charming cottage but plan for a longer stay this fall. Though small, it was perfect for us. We enjoyed slow mornings at the dining table and quiet evenings in the outdoor spaces. Although we did not cook much, the kitchen was well appointed and included a washer and dryer, which worked great. We enjoy knowing the home has history. The garden and hot tub area were beautiful and private.. a perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring. The beach, harbor, a fun...

"Loved it. Perfect for kids and pets. Well maintained. Easy access to fun spots. Dinner, shops and the best ice cream a short walk one way. And East Cliff with the ocean, sea birds, surfers the other way. Kids had their own place to play in the house with great children’s books. Set up was great in the house, plenty of room. Great yard for the kids and dog to play. We loved it here."

"The house was great for our family. We appreciated the large, clean well-appointed rooms and your thoughtful hospitality. Not having a closet or a place to hang our clothes in the master was not ok though. There may be a leak. While my husband was sitting at the dining table, a little bit of water came through the ceiling. We think it might be the master toilet. Anyway, we left a plastic storage container directly under the leak. Thank you very much. You have a beautiful home. "

"I have stayed at this property in past years before it was listed with Vrbo! It’s located close to most of my hangs when I come to Santa Cruz and Capitola! Very Quiet, and clean, with plenty of room! I had trouble with the main Tv set and the upstairs set! Neither had the right controls until I notified the property manager! A TV expert was sent over to find the correct controls.I plan on coming back to A front row seat again soon! Thanks!"
