"our stay was superior..well located to beaches....and harbor, room was large and high ceilings,,(second floor room) large and high end tv (even my wife was impressed..had a bit of a problem getting the wifi going(my fault) after contacting the management issue was cleared up immediately! ie. the password...would definitely stay at this property again if in Santa Cruz....tx so much pc"

"We love the Westside of Santa Cruz. The house was a short walking distance from W Cliff Drive and Natural Bridges State Park. The house was also 1/2 mile walk from Cat & Cloud coffee shop and Humble Sea Brewery. We rode the bikes at the property to the Wharf. "

"Wonderful property with lovely back patio opening to the river. Unusual with 2 parking spaces. Great bathroom and kitchen. Only thing that was difficult was the noise during the day from remodeling next door. However workers were considerate starting at 8 am and stopping about 3pm weekdays and no work on weekends."

"This was a great place to stay great location. The rooms are really big and spacious. The beds were comfortable. The Internet and TV connection was great fully stocked kitchen. My only tip would be to ditch the rug in the living space. It has seen a bit of love and the whole place would look spruced up and cleaner without that rug there. "
