"We really enjoyed our stay in Santa Cruz in this cozy little cottage. No bells and whistles here, but it was just enough and what we needed for a great stay. We celebrated my daughter's 13th birthday with a little girls trip and we loved being in the center between Capitola and Santa Cruz. There was a Starbucks and a beach within a super quick walk - what else can you ask for?Jeanne, the property manager, was easy to communicate with and very fast in her responses. "We enjoyed the close proximity and access to the beach, but hanging out on the deck was the highlight. It was so peaceful and relaxing. The mermaid counting challenge was a fun little activity for the girls. The Chardonnay was a nice surprise. Thank you. "

"Check in was the easy and zero hassle. The home is as pictured. It’s most comfortable and absolutely delightful. Its charm is like a story book. There were puzzles, a few games and BOOKS! The home is well equipped with everything you need. The location is beyond perfect to the beach, the wharf, and the boardwalk. There are so many cute shops nearby. The communication is beyond the amazing. We had the best time to celebrate my daughter’s 15th birthday. We will happily stay again!. "

"Our host, Michelle was very responsive and friendly. The location is one block from the beach. Very nice indeed. The 2 bedroom 2.5 bath was perfect for our family located in a nice neighborhood. There are airbeds if needed. The house was very nice and clean. Restaurants, Starbucks, and markets are walking distance. Thank you Michelle!"
