COUNTY PERMIT NUMBER 201381. The Beach House has a 1 bedroom/bath with queen size bed The main house is fully furnished with a new remodeled kitchen and bath with a soaker tub and separate shower area, there is a outdoor deck with BBQ, flat screen TV, and queen size bed with luxurious linens. Occupancy is two. 1 Small PET IS CONSIDERED WITH MANAGEMENT APPROVAL... PLEASE ASK PRIOR TO BOOKING. Pet Fee of $25.00/day . Animals are not to be left alone on the property inside or out if you are not there...they must be supervised. Also prefer you walk the dog to pee/poop as the lawn gets burned from the urine. PLEASE NO SMOKERS!
We love and take great care of the property and expect the same from you.
This area offers many exciting dining options and activities within walking distance. The Crows Nest Restaurant has excellent cuisine, ocean views, nightly entertainment and summer beach parties with outdoor music. Johnny Harborside Restaurant offers great seafood with harbor views. Cafe"El Polomar has a mexican cuisine and is a great place to watch sport volleyball. The Kind Grind is a coffee shop with pastries, smoothies and a deli. Aldo Restaurant is on the dock and serves breakfast outdoors.

Activities on the Harbor are abundant. Rent SUP Boards and stand up paddle through the harbor and bay with friends,Kayak,or plan a cruise on the Chardonney II charter which also offers dining options while sailing on the beautiful Monterey Bay, or just take a stroll and catch a glimpse of the seals and sea otters that love to play in the bay.

Santa Cruz has 29 miles of beaches to explore, famous surfing spots from Steamers Lane to Pleasure Point, Capitola to Seascape and Sunset Beaches

Alles so wie auf den Fotos gezeigt. Lediglich die Gartenmöbel sind in die Jahre gekommen und sollten ausgetauscht werden. Der Rest war echt toll.

This beach house was ideal in every way. The design and style of the decorating was stunning and the layout of the back and front yards with tropical vibes made for the perfect romantic getaway. Plus the bathroom was amazing. This house is spectacular and if we could give it more than 5 stars we would.

One of the nicest vrbo rentals we've ever seen. Tastefully decorated, clean, looks like newly renovated. Quiet street close to ocean in desirable Twin Lakes neighborhood. Thumbs up!!

We loved this place and the location. We come to visit family and will definitely look to book this again. The proximity to the harbor meant for nice walks every morning. The home was clean and nicely remodeled. The yard and deck were perfect for lounging.

We had an amazing time in this little cottage! Loved our mornings in the sun on the back porch with our coffee that was provided. Perfect location for morning and afternoon walks to restaurants and the beach! Awesome, relaxing bathtub!

We stayed in this house for a quick weekend visit and while there were some nice parts, there were also misses in the details. The location is quiet and walkable to the harbor and Seabright areas which is great, and the kitchen and bathroom were nicely renovated. The misses were minor but a few small details would have made a lot of difference! All of the lights were super harsh fluorescent lights with no way to dim. The heater only heats the living room, so that room became really hot while the bedroom was still cold. There were not usable outlets in the bedroom which would have been nice for charging. The kettle to boil water in didn't work and we would have loved to have a way to drink filtered water.

We had a great time at Lana’s beach house. It was clean and had everything we needed to feel almost at home. We also encountered some friendly neighbors.We’ll definitely like to stay again next time we are in Santa Cruz.

This apartment is really clean and beautifully remodeled. It is one of my favorite places to stay in Santa Cruz, walking distance from Twin Lakes Beach and the Yacht Harbor! Nice yard and hangout spot in the back! Quiet, safe neighborhood.

This cottage is very clean and cozy. Everything was very comfortable. Just right for a quick two day get away. We walked to the harbor to watch the sunset and to get coffee in the morning. The covered deck and small back yard were so nice to sit in - even in the rain. We certainly hope to be able to stay here again.

This is a great spot to explore & enjoy the Santa Cruz area from. It's a clean, simple, comfortable home with an attractive front and nice little garden porch out back. The kitchen is well equipped and was not lacking in anything notable.

Perfection! Literally. Lana was the most gracious and available host, the place is beeeeeaauuuutifil - squeaky clean, quiet, peaceful, bright and sunny, bed was next-level comfortable. The neighborhood was amazing, and I had everything I could possibly need. I don't want to stay anywhere else when I come to Santa Cruz! It was so hard to leave.

We enjoyed our 3 night stay in Lana’s main house. The relaxing living room, comfortable beds, gorgeous back and front garden were an oasis. We enjoyed the sweet neighborhood and quick walk to the local beach that is perfect for swimming. The house was clean and the kitchen worked to cook in. We loved the main house and would highly recommend staying if you are two people. Our only disappointment was that the second bedroom /studio unit in the garden has a very very strong smell of mold and has visible black mold in the closet and bathroom. It felt worrying and unhealthy. The smell was so strong that we didn’t leave bags or items in there and slept with the door open. We wrote to Lana and sent photos about the concern sharing that it was not noted on the listing and that the price (peak summer prices) did not reflect the concern. She asked if we wanted to leave and said that she would refund our money if we did but would not offer a discount . We looked for another home that night but everything was booked so we stayed but with trepidation about the mold and disappointment about the cost. We strongly suggest that the mold be addressed and that guests not stay in that unit until it is healthy to do so.

I was surprised by the worn out condition of the place. The gardens are very nice as was the bedroom in the main house. The living room area is extremely small and the bathroom shower/tub is in poor shape.

Love! Love! Love! Absolutely fabulous & charming! I kinda don’t want to tell you how excellent this property is- I want it available for me! I can’t afford to buy such a charming beach house like this- so a 4 day stay gave me a slice of heaven! The beach is so close! Extremely walkable- quiet sweet residential street- like 2 blocks away to the beach! The home is so sweet, decorated impeccably & stocked with every thing you need to “move in” for awhile. Host was always available via text- gave me a sense of security if I needed anything regarding the property. Oh! I can’t forget to mention the gardens! The front & back yard are beautiful! Plenty of seating to pull up a chair and enjoy your coffee in the morning & wine at night. I always need tv- tv had plenty of channels to satisfy me. A smart tv too- you can find any of your subscriptions & log in easily. So anyway- I love this place & hope to have the opportunity to stay again. Everyone I know, loves Santa Cruz & this home is the epitome of Santa Cruz- this home has everything you could ever want & hope for. I just hope I can stay here again! Thank you Lana! You were a delight. Oh! Also, this home is perfect for a romantic stay (very!) and sweet for a stay with a friend or family member. Cozy! Cozy! Cozy! There isn't one thing I would have changed. Just a dream come true! Again, thank you Lana, for letting me get a chance to stay in such a wonderful place :)

The home is well appointed, comfortable and has all the amenities you'd need. It is immaculately clean. Parking is easy and it's very quiet and serene. There is a detached small studio unit on the property behind the main house. The neighborhood is very convenient and walkable to a small grocery, Deke's, next block over and restaurants. Do not miss the Harbor Cafe! The beach is in walking distance. I highly recommend this property for a relaxing, enjoyable stay.
