We're all about good vibes. Your top mission is to have fun and make lifelong memories. Just treat our villa like it's your own fabulous home—keep it clean and be respectful.

The Sleepover Club 🛌🏽:
• Max Occupancy: 8 adults + 2 kids (ages 2-8) for overnight stays.
• Safety Note: Kiddos are welcome, but parents, please supervise them at all times—especially around stairs and outdoor spaces like decks and the hot tub.

Furbabies? 🐾:
• Pets: Sorry, NO pets allowed. We must ensure an allergy-free space for our family.
Please be aware that we have a strict no-pets policy due to owner allergies. Unfortunately, this means that we are NOT able to accommodate service animals of any kind as they put our family members at risk.

Check-In & Out 🕰️:
• Timing: Check-in starts at 4 p.m., and check-out is no later than 10 a.m.
• Why: Our rockstar cleaning crew needs their magic hour to make the villa sparkle for the next guests.

The Parking Lot 🚗:
• Spaces: You have room for 2 cars in our driveway and 1 extra on the street.

Party vs. Gathering 🎉:
• Green Light: Family reunions and small gatherings.
• Red Light: No loud or disruptive parties.

• Quiet Hours: Keep it down between 10 pm and 8 am.
• Noise Monitoring: We use NoiseAware; you and I will get alerts if noise levels exceed the limit during quiet hours.

• Our property is smoke-free meaning NO cigarettes, cigars, e-cigs or vaping of any kind within 40 feet of our property line.
• Fire Safety: Absolutely no candles or fireworks. Let’s keep the fire at the beach bonfires!
• Stealing: Do not take any of our items home with you. Leave them for the next guest to use in good condition.

• Amenities: Feel free to use towels, kitchenware, and toiletries.
• Respect for Property: Please remember to leave all items that are part of Villa Santa Cruz in their place. Keeping it Tidy 🧹:
• Food: Please eat only in designated areas, like the kitchen and dining room. Bedrooms are crumb-free zones!

• Trash: If you're here on a Monday night, please take all trash and recycling bins to the curb for Tuesday morning pickup.

• Security: When you leave, turn off lights, set the thermostat to 63°F, lock doors, and close windows.

Pictures don’t do justice to this lovely home. A spacious floor plan with a large kitchen, it is decorated with style and function in mind. Communication with the owner was excellent. She responded quickly and was very helpful.

The property was lovely. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and found the kitchen well stocked for cooking lovely meals. Everything was exceptionally clean and the Jacuzzi was very relaxing. The host was prompt and answered all our questions.We hope to visit SC again soon and will plan to stay at the Villa if its available.

Our family of 6 adults and 1 toddler were in the Santa Cruz area for the wedding of our daughter. The home was very clean and the kitchen was equipped with every gadget one could think of!! The home was very clean and well appointed. We would stay again if in the area.

The home is very beautiful and is in a great location on a quiet cul-de-sac; it is close to everything in Santa Cruz. The home is very spacious, comfortable and well equipped; it was great for the six of us. The check-in process was easy and there were no issues. Christine was great to work with and prompt in her follow up. My family and I were in Santa Cruz for our son's graduation from UCSC - availability that weekend in Santa Cruz was limited and, as much as we loved this home, the price was a bit excessive. Aside from this, the home is great.

The house is even better than the photos. Tons of space, natural light and almost everything you will need for a comfortable stay. The entire house was immaculately clean upon arrival. The location is perfect for families, with a nature area behind the house, a playground a few yards away, and a lovely beach a short walk down the hill. I should note that the configuration of beds does not match what was listed and represented in the photos. I would recommend the owner update that so that guests know what to expect. With two families with children, we were a little surprised to find bunkbeds when none were listed/pictured and had to make some last minute adjustments. Other than that, this place was perfect and I would highly recommend.

The house is even more beautiful in person! It is incredibly well stocked with everything you could possibly need and Christine couldn’t be nicer or more responsive. Plenty of space to be together and also to find privacy/space/quiet when you want it. Huge plus is walking distance to beach and walking trails. Couldn’t imagine a better vacation!

We had a large group of family in town for an event. This space was perfect and comfortable for our group! We liked the large kitchen and living room areas for group hangouts. We walked to Harbor Cafe and Twin Lakes Beach as well. There are a lot of signs in the property so you don’t have to search for Wi-Fi or check out information. Check out was super simple (no long cleaning lists!). Communication with the property manager was easy. We’ll definitely stay here again next time we have a group in town.

We were here for our daughter's graduation from UCSC and the house was perfect to house family and host gatherings. Great layout for a quiet celebration! Christine was super responsive and helpful when we had questions. The house sits on a very quiet cul-de-sac and we loved hearing the birds from the park in back. Everything was clean, well-stocked and comfortable! Loved having two different living room areas for different activities. We would definitely return!

Rented this property for a group of four friends to visit Santa Cruz. The house is large and in very good condition. We had plenty of space to be together or to hang out separately. The house had all the amenities that we needed. The host was very communicative with check-in and check-out information, as well as with things to do. Highlights were the short walk to the beach/harbor, as well as the hot tub.

We recently stayed at this property and had a wonderful time. This beach community has so many things to see and do. The home is beautiful and worked perfectly for the 4 couples in our party. The home is well appointed with all the latest appliances and features. Wifi worked great. TVs in almost every room. Plenty of room for gatherings and lots of nooks to find some alone time if needed. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub. Christine - our host was extremely attentive to all our needs and questions. She is a fast and thorough communicator. This location is defiantly on our shortlist for any future visits to Santa Cruz.
