Bright coastal house completely renovated (in September 2019), new in Homeaway but with experience of other highly successful properties and magnificent comments from our guests, with top quality materials and an exceptional position just 3 minutes walk from the beach of Las Teresitas with beautiful terraces where you can enjoy a pleasant meal in front of the sea or just a refreshing drink, away from mass tourism.
Large living room and bedrooms with windows to the tree-lined avenue and a magnificent private terrace where you can enjoy the sun or lunch and dinner under its pleasant pergola.
Thanks to the fantastic location of the house, you can enjoy many restaurants in the fishing village of San Andrés or make beautiful excursions to the spectacular beaches of Taganana, Almáciga and Benijo located in Anaga, recently named Unesco Biosphere Reserve for its shocking vegetation.
From the house you can start beautiful and famous hiking trails.
If you want to visit the capital, Santa Cruz de Tenerife, it is only 10 minutes away by car, with important commerce and a variety of places to visit.

Marta war eine sehr nette und freundliche Gastgeberin. Sie reagierte immer sofort auf Anfragen und war insgesamt sehr verbindlich. San Andres hat uns besonders gut gefallen, es ist ein authentisches, spanisches Städtchen, weit entfernt vom Touristenrummel. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und viele Restaurants in der Nähe. Das Haus ist charmant, aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Da es direkt an der Straße, im Erdgeschoß liegt, muss man gelegentlich mit Lärm rechnen und die vorbeigehenden Passanten könnten störend wirken.

Es war wie beschrieben. Die Nähe zum Wasser und mitten im Städtchen zu sein, ist für Strandgänge und abendliches Essen gehen perfekt. Die Dachterrasse herrlich für Frühstück oder Abendessen. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin absolut top. Vielen Dank.

Wir hatten eine ganz tolle Zeit in San Andrés und der tollen Unterkunft. Die Lage ganz nah am Playa de Las Teresitas war perfekt für uns und unsere Kinder. So konnten wir uns immer nach Lust und Laune eine Abkühlung im Meer abholen. Das Haus hat alles, was man braucht plus gemütliche Betten. Die große teils überdachte Dachterasse ermöglicht einem neben der Möglichkeit bei sich im angenehmen Klima draußen zu essen auch einfach eine Auszeit zu genießen. Zahlreiche Restaurants in der direkten Nachbarschaft laden zu leckeren Gerichten ein, einfach perfekt. Die Hauptstadt Santa Cruz ist schnell erreicht und lohnt sich für einen Ausflug. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Ein ganz großes Dankeschön geht an Marta, die jederzeit für uns erreichbar war und zahlreiche tolle Vorschläge für Ausflüge und Restaurants hatte.

La propiedad tiene buenos electrodomésticos, bien surtida de ropa de cama y toallas. Todo funcionaba bien. Estaba todo bien desinfectado. Casa cómoda y decorada con buen gusto. La terraza es estupenda. Tardas 5 minutos en pisar la arena de la playa.

Eine wunderbare Woche in schickem Haus in Strandnähe

Check-in unkomliziert, Parken in der Nähe immer möglich. Das Haus war sehr sauber und hat gut geduftet (Handtücher und Bettwäsche). Die Dachterrasse ist riesig, dort kann man toll essen. Das Bett ist bequem und groß. Es gibt viele Schränke für die persönlichen Sachen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Der Strand ist schnell erreicht, dort lässt es sich toll baden. Im Ort gibt es viele Restaurants, die an unterschiedlichen Tagen geöffnet haben. Die Kommunikation mit Marta war ganz hervorragend, sie hat uns immer sehr schnell geantwortet und viele tolle Tipps gegeben. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen.

Wir waren 11 Tage im wunderschönen Casa Fragata und waren sofort begeistert von diesem wunderschönen Haus. Vom tollen Strand bis zu vielen verschiedenen Restaurants ist alles in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Der Kaffee in der Morgensonne oder das Glas Wein am Abend auf der Dachterrasse haben uns beso ders gut gefallen.Martha war jederzeit erreichbar und behilflich. Tolles Haus in San Andres

Gute Lage zu Innenstadt mit vielen Restaurants, Bars und Einkaufmöglichkeiten. Tolle Dachterrasse mit Pergola. 5 Min zu Fuß zum Teresita Strand. Parken 3 Min zu Fuß. Da das Schlafzimmer direkt im EG an einer Straße liegt, kann es morgens laut werden

Gemütliches Haus nah am Strand

Das Haus ist sehr strandnah. Während unseres Aufenthalts war der Strand nur am Wochenende voll. Das Haus ist liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Von der Vermieterin bekamen wir schon vor der Anreise zahlreiche Ausflugstipps.

Schönes Appartment

Es war ein problemloser Check in und natürlich Check Out. Die Unterkunft ist super sauber und gepflegt. Alles was man braucht gibt es in der Unterkunft. Spülmittel Kaffee Waschmittel alles wäre auch dort gewesen hatten wir aber vorab schon besorgt gehabt. Das einzige Manko war das die Terrasse von den Bäumen sehr schnell dreckig wurde und man nicht den Strand sehen konnte so wie wir es gedacht hatten. Die Fenster müssten evtl mal nachgeschaut werden da sich nicht alle vernünftig ansvhließen lassen.

Hübsches Stadthaus

Wir waren 2 Wochen im schönen San Andrés - in dem hübschen Stadthaus von Marta. Es ist alles geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sauber, praktikabel und alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Die Waschmaschine sicherte uns weniger Gepäck. Hand- und Badetücher waren ausreichend vorhanden. Die Dachterrasse bescherte uns angenehme milde Sommerabende mit romantischem Flair. Unsere Tochter schlief sogar auf der Liege ein und hätte da auch die ganze Nacht verbringen können... Marta ist ein Schatz und hat uns stets mit aktuellen Infos, tollen Ausflugstipps und Hilfe in jeder Lebenslage über Whatsapp versorgt. Das Haus liegt nicht weit weg vom Strand - 2 Gehminuten. Traumhaft. Auf dem Weg kann man Eis bei Bambola essen - wahrscheinlich das beste Eis auf Teneriffa. Restaurants und Supermarkt gibt es ausreichend und fußläufig in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das mit dem Parkplatz ist zunächst eine Herausforderung - man findet sich aber schnell zurecht und immer irgendeine Lücke. Für Ausflüge ins Anaga-Gebirge, nach La Laguna und Richtung Teide ist San Andrés ein toller Ausgangspunkt. Und es geht immer etwas Wind, was die Sonne und Temperaturen erträglich macht. Ein ganz kleiner Kritikpunkt: jeden Morgen (also JEDEN Morgen) kommt die Müllabfuhr gegen 7 und 1x pro Woche auch die Straßenreinigung. Da fällt man erst einmal aus dem Bett, weil das wirklich laut ist und direkt vom Schlafzimmerfenster stattfindet. Man gewöhnt sich aber dran. Und letztlich freut man sich ja, dass es überall sauber ist.

Relaxing stay in townhouse

We had a very nice vacation at Casa Fragata. Contact with the owner was outstanding. Every question was answered within no time at all! The house is very cute, with good taste and provides all you might need for your holiday even if you want to cook for yourself. Walking distance to supermarkets and restaurants and Santa Cruz de Tenerife is only a few miles away. What we appreciated the most was that there were literally no other tourists. We lived next door to the local people of the village, enjoyed the slow pace of its inhabitants and its charm. So if you want an authentic stay with close contacts to the locals, this might be your address.

Very nice house, very friendly landlady

The house is completely equipped, nothing is missing. Different supermarkets near the house make holidays easy. If you want to go to the beach it only takes a few minutes.The beach and the ocean are really dreamlike, prices are moderate. Another positive aspect: various buses for low price. The landlady is always ready to help in different situation.

Away from big tourist areas buy close to lovely beach

House is in a little town by the sea rather then a tourist town, something that we really liked. Parking close by isn't easy but there are a couple of parking lots over the river(bed) which are just a few minutes walk away.

Gemütliches Haus

Das Haus von Marta ist ganz wundervoll. Mitten im Leben und doch ruhig. Das Haus ist ganz liebevoll eingerichtet, super sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und die Lage sehr zentral. Wir haben uns ganz schnell Zuhause gefühlt. Restaurants,Cafe und der weltbeste Eisladen sind in ein paar Minuten zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit Marta war super, vor der Reise und auch während des Aufenthalts, tolle Tipps und sehr hilfsbereit und lieb. Wir haben den Aufenthalt im Haus und auf der tollen Dachterrasse sehr genossen. Lieben Dank an Marta für alles.

Supernette Gastgeberin, tolle Wohnung

Der Urlaub begann schon vor der Anreise. Marta versorgte uns mit vielen Ausflugstipps. Die Schlüsselübergabe war problemlos. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was das Urlauberherz begehrt. Die grosse Terrasse ist einmalig. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ferienhaus in Strandnähe

Es war unser 1. Urlaub in einem Ferienhaus (sonst immer Im Hotel) und wir wurden nicht enttäuscht. Die Gastgeberin Marta hat uns von Anfang bis zum Ende per WhatsApp begleitet (inklusive Ausflugs- und Restauranttipps). Das Ferienhaus entsprach der Anzeige. Man wohnt neben den Einheimischen. Das haben wir als sehr angenehm empfunden. Der nahegelegene Strand ist ein Traum. Die Eisdiele haben wir auch oft besucht. Super lecker. Der Ort ist für Partytouristen nicht geeignet. Das haben wir aber auch nicht gewollt. Gekocht haben wir nicht. Wir sind im Ort oder während eines Ausflugs essen gegangen. Die Küche ist aber gut ausgerüstet. Frühstück haben wir auf der Terrasse gegessen. Jeden Tag mit frischen Brötchen vom nahegelegenen Bäcker. Was uns genervt hat, war die tägliche Parkplatzsuche. Aber davon waren auch die Einwohner betroffen. Wir können das Ferienhaus empfehlen.
