"A lovely new and clean space. It had all the amenities you would need plus more. Full kitchen with just enough dishes for a small family. There are 6 units connected in an apartment style building so expect some noise from your neighbors, it's not 100% sound proof. Parking is tight, space for 1 medium size vehicle. Leave the truck at home, it will not fit. Overall an excellent stay that is a few short blocks from the sand."

"The place was spacious and so charming andnfully equipped. Loved the sound of the courtyard fountain and private courtyard to have that morning coffee. The host was amazing and so attentive and communicative. Can hardly wiat to return for an extended stay!"

"I had a wonderful two-night stay with my husband at this charming studio apartment in Montecito. The space was beautiful, spotless, thoughtfully decorated, and incredibly inviting.
I especially appreciated how well-stocked everything was. There were plenty of supplies like paper towels, soap, and other essentials, which made the stay effortless and comfortable. It truly felt like a home away from home.
I loved the private patio with the fountain — such a peaceful, magical spot to relax.
