"I had a problem checking in and I called Expedia twice!!! It took an hour to resolve. The room was ok, the carpet was very worn, the hair dryer was broken, the lotion container was empty and the fixtures (lamps) looked so outdated. "The room was very clean, staff was there promptly every morning to renew towels and toiletries. Very friendly staff and welcoming. The bar was great, open 24/7!!! The WiFi was fast and very easy to access. Overall great experience!"
