"Checking in felt a bit awkward. Nobody at desk and had to call them to come check me in. She was very nonchalant with not much expression and no eye contact. The language barrier was hard to communicate with her. Cottage was cozy and clean. There is a heat pump in main living area which cool/heat the bedrooms and bathrooms. So you would need to keep your doors open at night. Website states there is a basketball net, which we found to be false. Pool was nice but needs some cleaning around...

"Cottage was clean and comfortable, and a/c was much appreciated! Cleaners were not finished when we arrived (we were not early), so we had to wait to gain access. Kitchen is minimally stocked. There were many flies at the garbage bins, and they got in the cottage every time we opened the doors. "

"My family really enjoyed this cottage! Its very roomy, and close to everything. The cottage was very clean, modern, and felt like we were right at home! * Our only negative would be that the wifi was extremely slow so it was hard to connect the TV streaming services and use our phones. We will definitely be back! Our favorite spot we've stayed in cavendish yet!"

"We had a wonderful stay in Granville! We were 4 adults and a kids (2 and 6) and had plenty of space to hang out, play, and eat together. The house was beautiful, clean, comfy, and we loved that it was all one level. The closets and cupboards were very well stocked, towels, beach towels, extra bedding, spices and lots of kitchenware like Tupperware containers and even travel mugs.The two full bathrooms were very convenient (I don't think the tub in the smaller bathroom was visible in the photos)...

"Wonderful! Fresh and homey without the cliche air-bnb feeling! Our group travels in May, so the pool wasn't operational yet, but beautiful beaches are just a short drive away. Absolutely Clean, with lots of windows (except the basement) overlooking the surrounding yard's morning critters and evening sunsets.We didn't use the fireplace because the weather was fabulous. Perhaps next time.The beds were very comfortable with everything we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked for our breakfast...

"We had a great time at the Graham’s Inn. It was the perfect place to have our friends and their families over. The best part was we didn’t even need to worry about weather as there was an indoor pool. We all left completely relaxed after enjoying the pool, hot tub, sauna and cold plung! The house had two fridges and two ovens so lots of things that helped accommodate a large crowd.
