Das war ein fantastischer Aufenthalt in diesem großen Haus mit vielen unterschiedlichen Sitzmöglichkeiten im Garten für Sonne, für Schatten oder auch mit Überdachung bei Regen. Eigentlich ist das Haus für viel mehr als nur 2 Personen geeignet. Die Vermieter verbringen hier ihre Weihnachten mit der gesamten Familie. Man merkt, dass es nicht nur ein Ferienhaus ist. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig am Ortsrand, nur wenige Schritte quasi vom Hausstrand entfernt. Ein Traum. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Vermieter sind super freundlich und haben uns sogar mit einem Willkommenskorb mit einheimischen Lebensmitteln begrüßt - vielen Dank dafür. Sie waren jederzeit erreichbar, und als leider ein Boiler kaputtging, haben sie ihn unverzüglich ersetzt. Das Haus hat 2 unabhängige Badezimmer und Duschen, wir waren also auch in dieser Situation nie ohne warmes Wasser.

Really everything fantastic, especially the very warm welcome and the nice contact with Graziella and family. The villa is super and with a very good kitchen with all amenities. The very large and very well maintained garden with pine trees is completely great and very private. In the evening we enjoyed the outdoor kitchen with large grill and the outdoor dining under the trees and the peace and quiet . During the day you can walk straight through the backyard to the beach, very special. The village of Porto Pino is very charming and the extensive beach of Porto Pino is just really great. We stayed there for 10 days in October and will definitely come back!

Das Haus und der Garten, oder besser der Wald, sind noch viel schöner als auf den Bildern! Der Strand direkt vorm Haus wirklich wundervoll und ruhig. Das Haus ist eine wahre Oase und wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen. Obwohl wir am Haus Ruhe und Idyle in der Natur hatten, waren es doch nur 4 Minuten ins Dorf, wo es tolle Restaurants, Geschäfte und wenn man wollte auch Touristen-Bespassung gab.

Amazing property - everything so clean and in order. Garden was outstanding! Graziella and her family were wonderfully kind and generous - they were always available and left us a huge areay of food and drinks to enjoy. A truly wonderful house in a magical location. Hosts were kind, very generous and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

Wir waren von der ganzen Umgebung und dem Haus sehr positiv überrascht! Der Garten ist traumhaft, erinnert beinahe an einen botanischen Garten. Es gibt verschiedene Essplätze ebenso Loungeplätze. Der Outdoorgrill ist fantastisch. Der Weg führt durch das riesige Grundstück zum Strand, wo man so schön schnorcheln und sich verweilen kann. Den Strand hat man praktisch für sich alleine. Das Wasser ist klar, der Untergrund teilweise etwas steinig. Vom Strand aus kann man traumhafte Sonnenuntergänge geniessen. Das Haus selber ist extrem sauber, die getrennten Schlafzimmer sind dank der Klimaanlage angenehm kühl. Es gibt zwei komplette Badezimmer mit je einem WC und je einer Dusche. Waschmaschine, Duschtücher, Strandtücher, alles ist vorhanden. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet, inkl. Gefrierschrank und Geschirrspüler. Graziella hat uns mit einem leckeren Willkommengruss überrascht! Im Dorf Porto Pino gibt es leckere Restaurants und an drei Abenden einen tollen Markt. Wir haben dieses Ferienhaus mit weinendem Auge verlassen, es war so schön, wir konnten uns so richtig erholen und alles so sehr geniessen!!!! PS: Der Zugang zum Meer ist kurz und ohne jegliche Hindernisse, wie von einem Vorschreiber geschrieben worden ist.

Lage ruhig, schöner Pinienwald, Ausstattung komplett und funktionsfähig! Vermieter stellte Verpflegungs-"Erstausstattung" bereit so dass wir am Ankunftstag nicht einkaufen mussten. Zugang zum Wasser ein wenig schwierig durch Seegrashaufen und felsigen Untergrund.

Veramente tutto entusiasmante. Location, il mare vicinissimo, la casa perfetta e dotata di tutto. Un solo appunto devo fare alla gentilissima Graziella: dall'annuncio non si capisce quanto è bella e immersa in un bosco di pini privato la casa. Dentro e fuori. FANTASTICA. E grazie per accoglienza e disponibilità!

Al di sopra delle aspettative, la villetta si trova in una pineta che arriva fino al mare, gode di una privacy assoluta e di uno spazio esterno favoloso. La casa è ben arredata e spaziosa, completa di tutto. Ciliegina sulla torta l'accoglienza di Graziella, che ci ha fatto sentire subito come fossimo a casa nostra. Da qui si visitano comidamente le belle spiagge di Porto Pino (vicinissima) , Chia, S. Antioco, San Pietro, Tuerredda, tutte meravigliose. Speriamo di poter tornare presto.

Das Ferienhaus mit dem sehr großen Grundstück und dem direkten Zugang zum Meer ist etwas sehr Besonderes. Der Bewuchs mit Pinien rund um das Haus ist für den Aufenthalt im Freien wunderbar. Der liebenswürdige Gärtner Nino kam täglich, um das parkähnliche Grundstück zu pflegen. Das Meer ist zwar nicht zu sehen, dafür aber fast immer zu hören. Die Sauberkeit im Haus ließ etwas zu wünschen übrig, insbesondere die Dusche und die Küche. Wir waren nicht in der Lage, deutsche TV-Programme einzustellen. Damit konnten wir gut leben. Wir haben hier eine erholsame Zeit verbracht und die Ruhe sehr genossen. Der überaus freundlichen Vermieterin, Frau Graziella Steri und ihren Töchtern danken wir herzlich für ihren freundlichen Empfang und dem Willkommenspräsent. Tipp: Mücken könnten zu einem Problem werden.

Fantastic holidays in the shades of Porto Pino! Our family (two adults and two our sonnies of 18 and 9 years old) spent 17 happiest days in this snug house by the sea. Everything necessary for living is in the house! The owners took care of everything – even shaving accessories and new tooth brushes have been waiting for us in the bath-room! We arrived late in the evening and found the refrigerator  full of food, coffee, tea, fruits. All this had been prepared for us!   The house is completely in the line with its description! Meat and fish can be prepared in the summer kitchen! The sea is so pure and quite nearby! My sonnies were swimming with mask and snorkel for hours.  They’ve got such a lot of impressions that even didn’t want to leave anywhere to look at the surroundings. There are several restaurants nearby to suit any taste. There is one more sand beach of 2,5 km long a little farther. Thanks a million to the family of the Owners!!!! They are wonderful people and they helped us in all things. We hadn’t met such welcome and care anywhere before. We felt homey and by the warm sea at the same time!!! The ideal holidays for those who like nature, sea and want to feel oneself as the part of it. We are looking forward to be back again!!!!! Natalia? Moscow 9 - 26 /08/2017

Wir haben Ruhe und Erholung gesucht und gefunden. Das Haus, eingebettet in einen Pinienhain bietet alles, was das Herz begehrt. Angefangen mit einer herzlichen Begrüßung von Graziella und ihrer Tochter. Volle Küchenausstattung, sauberes Haus und ein gepflegter riesiger Garten vom Gärtner Nino und seiner Katze Cattinho. Direkter Zugang zum Strand, und nur umgeben von ein paar anderen Badegästen. Ruhige Lage am Ortsrand von Porto Pino. Perfekt, nächstes Jahr auf jeden Fall gerne wieder. P.S. die Duschkabine ist offensichtlich erneuert worden, daran war nichts mehr auszusetzen.

What a wonderful find. My wife and I cannot speak too highly of the setting; seclusion without being too remote and a stones throw from a beautiful bay with crystal clear waters. The owner showed such care and generosity that we found nothing to take away from 5 stars. We'll definitely be back. J & J (UK)

Haus im Pinienwald gelegen (schattig) mit angrenzenden Häusern aber mit schönem freien Zugang über eine kleine Düne zum Strand (ca. 200 m lang) und Bucht. Uns erwarteten rechlich Gastgeschenke in Form von Lebensmitteln und Getränken. Sauber und sehr gute Ausstattung. Es waren fast alle Haushaltsutensilen vorhanden, was sehr angenehm war! Duschkabine sollte jedoch dringend erneuert werden.

Ein schönes Haus auf einem herrlichen, sehr großen Grundstück mit direktem Zugang zum Meer. Haus komplett und schön eigerichtet. Sehr nette und freundliche Vermieter. Alles paßt!
