Wonderful stay, fabulous location!

We had an excellent stay in July. Check in process was extremely straightforward and the villa was well equipped with everything we needed. Parking in the drive was a little tight but we came away without any scratches! We loved being able to walk to the beach/old town/Bambu and the local supermarket very easily.Kids were happy with the pool and the table tennis table! We’d certainly return, had a really wonderful time.

Great villa

Lovely Villa, just as described. Pool and outside area are fantastic. Excellent location - within walking distance to all amenities. Any queries were quickly dealt with by efficiently by the management company. A very positive experience.

Great stay

Great location , very peaceful, rocky bay very nearby for swimming in sea and chilling out , Bambú restaurant nearby , but need to book , can do this prior to stay we preferred Zen garden menu , terrace nice views but Zen better atmosphere BB cocktail bar lovely , restaurants nearby by good , small supermarket, 10 min drive to Forski supermarket for cheaper items & stocking up , rented car auto Menorca , was good service & cheaper than Avis etc

Perfect

This property really was perfect for us. We came as a family for my 40th birthday my MIL, husband 2 sons 10yrs and 18yrs and my older sons gf also 18yrs. The layout couldn’t have been better my mother in law was on one side of the property with her own shower room on the other side myself and my husband had a lovely room with an en suite, our older son and gf had a double room and our younger son had a room with 2 single beds and a shower room between them. The property is very well equipped with everything you need in regards to the kitchen and catering. The pool is a great size and there is plenty of sun beds and other outdoor seating and is surrounded by a well kept garden Location was brilliant being able to walk out to a handful of bars and restaurants although some of their opening times were hit and miss (I assume this was due to us visiting out of season). You could also walk to the beach the closest one is only 2 minutes walk this has a rocky coastline but if sandy beaches are your thing then it’s only around 8-10 minutes walk to a beautiful little sandy cove where it’s white soft sand in and out of the water and is teeming with sea life. Close to a small supermarket. A minute walk to train stop for the land train which takes you along the coast about an hour round trip along the route is a water park which was a great day out. The train is €7 return for adults and €5 for children. We would definitely book this property again if we came back to menorca.

Lovely villa in a great Location

This was a great spot for a relaxing week’s holiday. The villa is lovely, had everything we needed and was well maintained. The host was very responsive both before and during our holiday. The villa is within walking distance to local restaurants and shops. We didn’t hire a car and the hosts helped with organising taxi-transfers to and from the airport which we would recommend. We used the bus service to visit Mahon and also the bigger local supermarket. Binibequer itself is very pretty and there was some great snorkelling and a nice sandy beach close-by.

A stunning, well-positioned villa

Stunning villa with beautifully maintained grounds in an amazing location. Plenty of restaurants and small shops within walking distance and close access to a bus stop to get to Mahon. The hosts were incredibly easy to contact and quick to respond to any problems or queries. The villa was well equipped and my family and I had a great stay here.

Buena villa en mejor zona

La villa está en una ubicación magnífica y es muy amplia. La piscina, el porche y el salón, con sus mobiliarios incluidos son lo mejor con diferencia. La cocina está vieja y es lo peor de la casa y en los baños tb se notan los años de la casa. Los colchones son algo duros. Pero el conjunto de la villa es bueno.

Family holiday

Beautiful family sized villa though does require a lot of updating especially around the pool side, and appliances eg. Fridge and bedroom aircon don't work properly. Rotten wood on some shutters. Over all a great holiday.

Preis und Leistungsverhältnis ist gut.

Die Betreuung vor Ort war sehr gut und freundlich. Ein Reparatur wurde sofort erledigt. Die Badezimmer sollten in nächster Zeit mal renoviert werden. Negativer Punkt war, dass ein Badezimmer nach Urin roch. Sowie, dass überall im Garten der Kot von wilden Katzen zu finden ist. Eine hat sogar ihr Geschäft im Pool erledigt. Sonst super, besten Dank.

quiet and relaxing stay

The character property is very conveniently located, within walking distance of a lovely, sandy, gently shelving, family friendly beach. The house is well equipped, clean and pleasant. Unfortunately the dishwasher broke on Saturday afternoon, so although the maintenance company were impressively reactive,(sending someone a few minutes after the phone call,) they were unable to replace it until the Monday. However, this was done whilst we were out and there were no further issues. The pool is lovely, but families should note it has no shallow end and is unfenced, so caution is necessary with small children. We had a lovely holiday here with our children and Grandchildren. we did an excellent speed boat trip that included paddle boarding, snorkelling and visiting an island where black lizards live. Very interesting.Also a cooking course at CukCuk which was very enjoyable. We were very happy with the property and would recommend it to others looking for a peaceful stay in Minorca.

Excellent base for a family holiday

The property is basic yet clean and well equipped although perhaps could do with updating. The beds are quite firm but overall the property is good value for money and we would certainly consider returning in future. The pool was excellent and kept children occupied all day. Location is close to beach/restaurants in this relaxed, quiet resort.

Great location with lovely sea views

We had a lovely two week stay travelling as a group of 5 adults and 2 young children. Positives: Gorgeous pool, always nice to get into and not too cold. Pool man came twice during our stay, it was very clean. Lovely sea view from patio and pool area. Short walk to a supermarket, two bars and restaurants and shop. Binibèquer also an easy walk. Beach is also walkable but it was very hot! The holiday train runs right past the villa and you can catch it at the train stop down the road. This train runs along the coast from Binibèquer to Punta Prima for 7€ round trip. You can stop off along the way. We had someone come to clean the villa half way through the holiday. Bedrooms were a nice size and decorated well. Lovely sea views! Negatives: Garden was a bit of a mess, the grass was very long and had cat poo around which was a bit worrying with my two young children. The gardener only came two days before we were going home. Only one parasol for shade. I was expecting the shaded area as per the photos but this wasn’t there it had been taken down and the two chairs shown in picture were no longer there either. Two other chairs were there instead next to a parasol. We asked for more but they didn’t have any available. It was hard to keep the children out of the sun when around the pool. Two of the bedrooms didn’t have any air con only ceiling fans so just bear this in mind as it was very hot! We did ask for fans and they brought us two to use which did help. The company looking after the villa are really helpful so do ask if you need anything as they are happy to help. Overall a really nice stay, thank you

Lovely villa in a perfect spot for eating out, a view of the sea and exploring the island further!

We stayed at the villa for a week with 4 adults, 2 teenagers and Grandpa. The property worked perfectly for our family with space inside and out for us all. The villa is well decorated and appointed and we spent most of our time around the lovely pool area. The villa was clean and ready for us on arrival and we enjoyed the bottle of local fizz kindly left for us. The maintenance man came and checked everything was working as we arrived, the pool was cleaned before and during our stay and the Rep was very helpful giving us lots of information on places to go. The villa is well placed for a 10 minute walk to local restaurants, tapas bars, supermarkets etc. Every day we loved exploring the little courtyards for new places to eat and all were amazing! One of our party struggles with hills and steps but the villa is easy to get around and we had no problems getting to all of the local amenities. The villa is ideal if you want a chilled out, relaxing holiday, eating out and having a BBQ in the villa. It is also ideal if you want to explore the island further. We hired two cars and went cycling, horse riding and kayaking. A lovely villa and a lovely island, we would definitely recommend both!

Generally good but "tired" in areas and in need of some TLC

Photographs on the website bear little resemblance to reality. there are no photographs of the bathrooms. They are in severe need of up-dating and smartening up. Other rooms were fine and agreeable.The location was superb for everything we wanted to do. Beach, village, restaurants and touring around. Found excellent restaurants in Cala Torret.

Lage und Außenbereich top, drinnen viel Bedarf

Zuerst das Gute. Die Lage im Ort ist super. In wenigen Minuten zu Fuß am Strand oder auch mal in einer Bar. Kurze Wege mit dem Auto zum Supermarkt. So gefällt das. Die Außenanlagen sind schön angelegt, mit überdachter Terrasse, schönem Pool, Außendusche und Grill und vor allem Meerblick - wenn auch eingeschränkt. Fein. Nun das Haus selber. Der Wohnraum ist noch ganz nett und zu mindest auf den ersten Blick gemütlich, genau wie die Schlafräume, dann hört’s aber auch auf. In einem Schlafraum riecht es feucht und muffig, auch nach einer Woche Lüften war es nicht weg. Die Bäder sind sehr alt und abgewohnt. Das Wasser kommt nur mit wenig Druck aus der Leitung und die Duschen sind alle total verkalkt und teilweise nicht sauber. Eine Dusche ist nicht zu benutzen. Der Vorhang ist zu kurz und das ganze Bad steht unter Wasser. Wobei das kleinste eh nicht als Bad, höchstens als Gästeklo durchgeht, viel zu eng, max 1,5 qm. Dazu liegen in den größeren Bädern vor der Dusche und dem Klo alte Teppiche, die stehen vor Dreck und Haaren. Nichts für Leute, die sich ekeln. Ebenso ist der Boden in der Küche rund um die Spülmaschine schon gelb verfärbt, das hat auch noch nie einer gründlich gereinigt. Das Haus hat Potenzial, sollte grundlegend renoviert werden und der Verwalter sollte ausgetauscht werden, so ist es schade ums Geld.

Wonderful

Great apartment, stunning views close to local amenities BUT be advised nothing really open before May so hire a car. Brendua was great any little thing she would help with. We found a great grill down the road called La Cava and when our flight was delayed by 3.5 hours and we didn't arrive until after 8pm they made all 9 of us feel welcome and cooked mini burgers for the children and also sold us a bottle of water as we had nothing as we were planning to do a big food shop. We went there 3 times in 10 days. Children had great fun especially in the pool. Thank you
