Beautiful typical Mallorcan old house, fully restored located on the outskirts of Sant Llorenç in a quiet area and surrounded by beautiful views. It is a house of about 150 m2 habitable surrounded by garden, pool and large terraces that make it the perfect place to spend a family holiday. The house is located on a farm of 40,000 m2, formerly it was a single house that was divided into two completely independent houses, with its entrance, garden and private pool.

The house has been restored maintaining the typical character of the old Mallorcan country houses and adding the comforts of modern life.

The center of the town of Sant Llorenç is located 15 minutes walk from the farm so it can be reached by taking a pleasant walk or bike ride.

The house has a cozy dining room, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven and coffee maker and a room equipped with satellite TV and comfortable sofas. The house has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. It also has a fully restored bathroom and a washing machine.

Outside, the house has several terraces and a large swimming pool (4x9 m) as well as outdoor furniture, sun beds, umbrellas and gas barbecue.

Thanks to its privileged location, from the house you can access a large number of beaches located a few minutes by car:

12 minutes Coast of the Pines.

20 minutes. Cala Millor, Sa Coma, S'Illot, Canyamel, Ca los Cans, Colonia de San Pere, S'Estanyol, Porto Cristo.

30 minutes. Cala Rajada, Cala Agulla, Sa Font de Sa Cala, Cala Mesquida, Cala Torta, Cala Mitjana, Cala Estreta, Cala Mendia, Cala Murada, Cala Petita, Cala Barques, Cala Sequer, Romantic Creek, S'Estany d'en Mas, Cala Magraner.

Ruhiger Familienurlaub

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt hier sehr genossen, das Haus bietet wunderbaren Komfort und ist sehr stilvoll und reduziert eingerichtet - wir mochten es sehr! Unser Sohn war etwas enttäuscht, dass der Basketballkorb vom Bild nicht mehr einsatzbereit war - dafür gabs Netflix :-)

Der Aufenthalt bei Antonia war fantastisch! Die Finca ist sehr ruhig gelegen, sodass man sich richtig gut erholen kann! Die Kommunikation mit Antonia war einfach und sie hat sehr schnell auf Fragen oder Probleme reagiert! Die Finca und der Pool sehen genauso aus wie auf den Bildern! Alles ist sehr sauber! Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Wirklich das ideale Familienhsus!

Das Haus ist einfach wunderbar! Ein altes Bauenhaus, mit viel Liebe zum Detail renoviert. Die Küche ist schön groß und enthält alles, was man braucht. Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr ruhig und perfekt für kurze Ausflüge zu einigen der schönsten Stränden der Insel. Antonia und Juan sind sehr aufmerksame und liebenswürdige Gastgeber. Sie versorgten uns mit allen Informationen, die wir brauchten. Sie hatten auch ausgezeichnete Empfehlungen und waren eine große Hilfe. Vielen Dank für eine wundervolle Woche! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Die Finca, welche wir lange gesucht haben

Wir reisen schon seit Jahren in diese Gegend und haben bisher nie die perfekte Finca gefunden. Die Finca von Antonia hat uns von Anfang an das Gefühl gegeben zu Hause zu sein. Die Phase der Eingewöhnung fand diesmal nicht statt. Man fühlt sich von Anfang an sehr wohl. Das Haus ist zweckmäßig und sehr schön eingerichtet und nicht, wie leider häufig üblich, mit zahlreichen Stühlen und anderen nicht notwendigen Möbelstücken voll gestellt. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und werden bestimmt die Finca wieder buchen. Ein kleiner Vorschlag, einen Wasserkocher noch anschaffen - dieser fehlt.

Stilvoller Mix aus Tradition und Moderne

Wir hätten eine tolle Zeit während unseres Aufenthalts. Die Finca ist sehr geräumig, liegt sehr ruhig und hat einen sehr schönen Garten mit Pool. Das traditionelle Äussere harmoniert sehr gut mit dem modernen Interior Design. Für zwei Personen mehr als genug Platz. Antonia und ihr Mann sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Nur zu empfehlen!

Geweldige en sfeervolle locatie in een mooie omgeving en zeer gastvrije eigenaren!

We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad en optimaal genoten van het huis en uiteraard het fijne en ruime zwembad. Midden in de natuur en in alle rust kunnen genieten van het mooie weer. Daarnaast diverse uitstapje naar prachtige baaitjes gemaakt zoals Cala Varques, Es Trenc, Cala Lombards, Sa Coma en Cala Sa Nau. Een echte aanrader wanneer je wilt genieten van Mallorca. We zijn daarnaast enorm gastvrij ontvangen door de eigenaren en het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien. Dank je wel Antonia en Joan!

Amazing and perfect with very friendly hosts

We had a really great familytime at Antonias house. The finca is located in a nice village where you can find everything you need. Antonia and her husband are very friendly and cooperative. We enjoyed our stay very much and we hope to come back :-)

Very nice place to be!

A very nice place to stay and relax. Please consider, although this Finca is located in a rural part of Majorca, it is surrounded by other estates/farms and you should remember there are dogs barking till late at night and you might be woken up by crowing roosters very early in the morning......

We loved the location (need a car) and the soroundigs of the house. The finish was really nice, the facilities are just what you need on a holiday. The host was excellent, really helpful and welcoming. We would come back again

Traumhafter Urlaub in idyllisch gelegene Finca

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in der wunderschönen idyllisch gelegenen Finca sehr genossen. Antonia und Juan sind sehr bemühte Gastgeber und sind bei Problemen oder Fragen immer ansprechbar. Die Finca und der Garten sind sehr gepflegt und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Für den Pool gibt es Poolhandtücher. Auf der Terasse gibt es gemütliche überdachte Sitzecken. Die Finca liegt total ruhig, der Ort ist zu Fuß in 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Wenn man einen ruhigen Urlaub verbringen möchte, ist man in der netten Finca bestens aufgehoben. Wir kommen wieder!

Schön eingerichtetes altes Haus mit gut ausgestatteter Küche, ungeheizter Pool, freundliche Vermieterin. Von den einzigen Nachbarn haben wir nichts mitbekommen. Wifi super. Sauberes Bad und Küche, schöner großer Garten. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Pure relaxing

We stayed only five days in thus beautiful house with our family and enjoyed it very much! It was really relaxing! Antonia and her husband were very nice and helpful. They gave us very nice tips where to go! We will definitely come back! We highly recommend this place to everyone seeking a nice and relaxing holiday.

Tolle Ferienwohnung mit sehr sympathischen und hilfsbereiten Vermietern

Nach unserem zweiwöchigen Urlaub auf Mallorca können wir die Ferienwohnung nur empfehlen. Wir hatten dort mit unseren 15 Monate alten Zwillingen eine schöne Zeit. Die Wohnung war ansprechend und freundlich eingerichtet und die Küche war überdurchschnittlich gut ausgestattet. Antònia, die Vermietern, hatte zwei Hochstühle organisiert und es gab sogar Kinderbesteck. Der Pool hat eine angenehme Größe, wurde regelmäßig gereinigt und liegt in einem schönen weitläufigen Garten wo man zwischen den Bäumen auch mal eine Hängematte spannen kann. Antònia war jederzeit ansprechbar wenn wir Fragen hatten und ist sehr flexibel auf unsere Bedürfnisse eingegangen. Anders als in der Anzeige angegeben, dürfte die Wohnung allerdings nicht wirklich 150 Quadratmeter groß sein, da die Räume im 1. Stock nicht dazu gehören. Aber mit ihren ca. 100 Quadratmetern ist sie immer noch groß genug. Zudem gibt es verschiedene großzügige Terrassen, die man je nach Tageszeit nutzen kann und die alle mit Sitzgelegenheiten ausgestattet sind. Wir würden jederzeit gerne wieder kommen.

Tolle moderne Finca!

Wir waren als Familie mit zwei Kinder im Mai 2016 in der Finca. Es war traumhaft schön und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr modern eingerichtet und alles in einem sehr gutem Zustand. Sie ist auch sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Finca ist etwas vom Dorf abgelegen, was für uns kein Problem war, da wir ja ein Mietauto hatten. Im Dorf gibt es auch ein ganz tolles Lokal (Es Patie) dass von zwei Deutschen (Sarah& Felix) geführt wird. Ganz leckeres Essen. Antonia und Ihr Mann sind sehr nett und sympathisch und sie haben uns auch viele Tipps rund um die Insel gegeben. Bei Fragen und kleinen Schwierigkeiten waren sie sofort zur Stelle. Wir können die Finca nur weiterempfehlen und werden bestimmt wieder kommen.

Très belle maison

Très belle maison, très bien entretenu. La piscine est grande et le barbecue au gaz très pratique. La description correspond totalement, la maison est encore plus belle que sur les photos et décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Les plages ne se situent pas très loin en voiture. Antonia et Joan sont très gentils et à votre disposition s il vous manque quoi que ce soit. Seul petit bémol, la chambre des enfants est un peu juste avec un lit et un second mais d'appoint. Nous recommandons cette maison!

Vacaciones Muy relajadas

El lugar es muy tranquilo, el trato fue inmejorable, fueron muy acogedores con nosotros y la casa esta muy bien equipada en todos los aspectos, han sido unas vacaciones en familia fantásticas, os la recomiendo si queréis relajaros con vuestra Familia y pasar unos días inolvidables.

Traumhafter Fincaurlaub!

Wir haben zwei superschöne Wochen in dieser Finca verbracht. Die Finca befindet sich auf einem sehr großen Grundstück mit einem sehr schönen und gepflegten Garten. Sie ist modern und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, wobei die Ausstattung insbesondere der Küche keine Wünsche offen lässt. Selbst ein Kindergeschirr sowie Hochstuhl und Babybett für unsere Kinder wurden von der Vermieterin, Antonia, organisiert. Auch ansonsten war sie jederzeit erreichbar und stand mit Tipps für Unternehmungen etc. zur Verfügung. An dem sehr großen Pool lässt es sich herrlich relaxen und die Ruhe der ländlichen Umgebung genießen. Auch in die nächstgrößeren Städte, Arta und Manacor, ist es nicht weit. Mit dem Auto braucht man ca. 10 Minuten und die diversen Strände in der Nähe, z.B. in Cala Ratjada, erreicht man mit dem Auto in maximal 20 Minuten. Alles in allem war es ein rundum perfekter Urlaub in einer traumhaften Umgebung und für jeden zu empfehlen, der Mallorca fernab vom Pauschaltourismus erleben möchte. Wir werden ganz sicher wiederkommen.

Wunderschöne Finca!!

Wir waren in diesem Juli für zwei Wochen in dieser traumhaften Finca. Das Haus ist noch schöner als auf den Photos. Der Poll ist herrlich! Die Vermieter Antonia und Juan sind sehr hilfsbereit und absolut zuvorkommend. Zu dem Haus gehören zwei Kater, die sich in den Abendstunden bemerkbar machen, weil sie gestreichelt werden wollen und Hunger haben. Wir haben Ihnen die Namen Senior Rossi und Blacky gegeben. Wir kommen bestimmt wiede!
