Parking in public car park easy and convenient. would have been useful to have washing up liquid (not everyone wants to use the dishwasher); and also cling film and tin foil. House reeked of air freshener all the time, despite opening windows wide. House could benefit from some deep carpet cleaning Bins outside front window made it difficult to park when...

"Our second visit to Crow's Nest did not disappoint, we were delighted with the accommodation, location and the weather! It was lovely to receive a welcome card from Denise and Alasdair (the owners) with a packet of biscuits and a pint of milk for tea. The booking and instructions for arrival were again very smooth and made personal through Fal Cottages. This is our fifth visit to St Mawes and we will book the Crow's Nest every year from now on - what better recommendation could there be!"

"Our third visit to Heathfield and it gets better every time. The bungalow was spotlessly clean and the facilities excellent, A hamper to welcome us, lovely fluffy towels, crisp white bedding. There is sea view and the village of St Mawes is delightful. We had dinner at The Rising Sun the first night only to be serenaded by a male voice choir, carols and sea shanties quite memorable."

"We had a wonderful week in Pennant. It was light and airy and the big plus was the view of the harbour and estuary. The books were interesting. The paintings and placemats were appreciated. A few improvements needed...we both hit our head on the air-extractor over the hob but you probably can’t remedy that. The shower was extremely slow to drain, the clothes washer was noisy, and there was no spare black bin bag to help us pack up, although the instructions said we should use the bags provided....

"The rooms are quite dated, the majority of the pictures shown are for the first floor rooms while the ground floor rooms are lot more dated and feel like the disparity is quite big. The room itself has two bathrooms and the ensuite had a very foul smell when we first entered and the second bathroom had a damp odour to it. The ensuite smell went away after the first night, but the second bathroom smells got worse over time as the ventilator was not working which we mentioned to the property...
