"We absolutely loved EVERYTHING about our stay at Judd’s and Liz’s home! The house manager, Leticia, greeted us and was so kind and informative about the house and the town of Atenas. She even checked in with us several times to make sure everything was in order. The house and furnishings were top notch! We prepared several meals and found the kitchen well equipped. "Extremely good value for the price. It was clean and the beds were comfy.The only difficulty we had was finding the place. There is no civic numbers like in the US or Canada or numbers so it is difficult to find a house. Then there is locks everywhere and at night is very difficult to find the padlocks."

"Amazing stay, truly the Gem of Atenas. This will be our favorite place that we have stayed in Costa Rica after dozens of rental properties while traveling in CR. Hope everyone gets to experience this most wonderful house!"

"The place was beautiful and close to everything. There is a mini mart just around the corner and 20ish minutes to Walmart. There was all sorts of birds and wild life to watch out of the tall living room windows"

"Awesome property close to the airport. Very nice layout and comfortable beds. There were mango trees in the backyard and eric the manager helped us cut some down to eat. We had a great stay here."

"The pictures in this listing look amazing so we were excited to see the property in person. I will say that it did not disappoint. The beautiful house, and the gorgeous view, were everything you see in the pics and more. The privacy of the location, along with the gorgeous decor, make this spot a wonderful refuge. Admittedly, its location makes some of the drives to tourist spots like La Fortuna and La Paz a bit far. But waking up to that spectacular view every morning made it all worth...
