"Pictures online make property and rooms look good. Room door broken can only move handle up to get in. You have to slam door to close fully. Bathroom looked like it had mold. One towel looked like it had small hair on it. Swear smelled like a dirty dog in our room. Just awful. We left got a room else where and just lost our $"

"I don’t normally do this but our stay was definitely less than satisfactory. When I first checked in the man at the front desk was extremely rude and unhelpful when we were faced with an unexpected $100 charge for “incidentals”. Once I finally did get to the room I had to call back up to the front desk because the tv and the ac weren’t working properly.
NOTHING WAS DONE ABOUT THE AC. And to top it all off. There were roaches in the room! Disappointed is an understatement. I’m DISGUSTED and...
