  • Welcome to your perfect beach escape! This clean, quiet and comfortable second-floor beachfront condo has been freshly updated to create a light, bright, and airy coastal retreat. Thoughtfully decorated throughout, the space is designed to make our guests feel welcomed and at home.

    Enjoy unobstructed panoramic views of the beach and breathtaking sunrises from the spacious screened lanai. With direct beach views and a brand-new boardwalk leading straight to the sand, it’s easy to start your day with a peaceful walk, relaxing swim, or shell collecting along the shoreline.

    D6 comfortably sleeps up to six guests, with a king bed in the primary bedroom, a full and twin bed in the second bedroom, and a pull-out sofa in the living room. Both bathrooms have been fully renovated, and the unit features new, comfortable beds, linens, in-unit washer and dryer, new flooring throughout, new furniture and appliances, and a fully stocked kitchen.

    The well-maintained complex offers a peaceful, friendly atmosphere with responsive on-site management and excellent staff. Guests can enjoy a heated pool, sun deck, gas grill, pickleball and tennis courts, bike racks, workout room, and convenient beach access.

Wonderful Holiday stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great view and lovely beach. Staff were helpful and informative. My only suggestion would be a new toaster and to add a sheet pan to the well equipped kitchen.

Overall good minus cleanliness issues in unit

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall I enjoyed the trip, the property is in a better condition than post hurricane. The last couple of times visited we’ve had some combo of plumbing, refrigeration, or AC issues but this time no issues in that department. My only main gripe is regarding the cleanliness of the units and state of the household items condition. This is a few years in a row where bugs are found on the bed sheets and roaches in various areas of the unit. This is a multiple year issue. Under the beds were filthy as well as under most of the furniture regarding dust and all of that. Almost every piece of silverware had oxidation or whatever those rusts spots are called. With that being said, none of this should be a recurring issue with the rental rates being around $3500 a week. Other than that, moving the dumpsters out of the first floor is a plus despite the inconvenience of walking to the dumpsters since it removes the smells and pests that gather near the units. The accessibility of the chairs the property provides was also very helpful and convenient. Overall, love Sanibel and the property and if those few things I mentioned are tidied up with consistency, would easily say it’s a 5/5.
