Kimball Lodge #244 - Nestled on the West End of Sanibel Island is Kimball Lodge #244. This stunning, angled beach view condo, offers 1 bedroom, 1 ½ bathrooms and all the comforts of home. Kimball Lodge is located in the historical beach front resort, Island Inn. Though it is separate from Island Inn you still have access to the pool, grill area, beach, onsite Traditions restaurant, tennis and shuffle board. You do not have access to Island Inn rental items such as bikes, kayaks and beach chairs located on the beach. Though you may rent these items through various companies on the island. Kimball Lodge #244 offers an updated/ contemporary feel with a tropical tone. It offers a full kitchen, washer and dryer, linens and towels. It is conveniently located on the ground floor. Open your sliding door to access the tropical breeze that leads you to the Gulf of Mexico or enjoy the stunning views from the upper deck that is available to all Kimball Lodge guests. Let this cozy condo be your home away from home. Call now to secure your time in Kimball Lodge #244. ** 7 night minimum. Cannot book more than a year in advance. Annual Sanibel trips

We usually vacation on Sanibel Island on two separate weeks each year. We like Island Inn because of the location and grounds. We found this unit was just right for the two of us. Close to Periwinkle Way and all of the restaurants. Shower was not ideal, but still was ok. Smaller unit, but roomy enough for the two of us. No problems. We will book again.

Exactly what we needed and hoped for

Kimball Lodge was great, we felt very at home there and very relaxed. It was exactly what we needed and were looking for. The staff was great I felt they went above and beyond to help us out with everything. The place was clean and very comfortable, we loved it, and we were grateful for the opportunity to stay there, and the weather was great too. My wife and I are very thankful. The food was great and everyone on the island was very friendly

Lovely spot. No hubbub. Close to great restaurants including one right on the property.

Disappointed with how check in after hours was designed. We had to rent a room at another property for the first night. Just plain could have been done better.

Wonderful location!

Condo was pretty and easy access to beach. Very quiet too. We enjoyed on-site restaurant, Traditions. The only problems were tub/shower splashing water everywhere and squeaky bed. The owner really needs to install walk-in shower/ tub. Mattress needs to be replaced.

Lovely Location

Nice accommodations. Listing photos did not match actual furniture. Cleanliness was excellent Tube/shower combo difficult to access. We are both avid walkers/exercise regularly and we’re concerned about accessing the tub/shower….due to the steps into the tub to bathe/shower. Loved location!!! Pool area very nicely maintained.

Perfect for Two.

This cozy condo was a gem. Clean, updated, well-stocked kitchen, good-sized BR with comfy bed, viewing deck on 2nd floor, game room. Loved having a bath and a half! The lovely heated pool could be used in any weather. Because of safety reasons, it might be tricky for an older couple to access the shower located in the spa tub. Would definitely return !
