"This place was beautiful, peaceful and defiantly the place for children and family to relax and enjoy a vacation, besides the issue with the alarm that was taken care of in a timely manner, i appreciate the communication and being an excellent HOST!!! "The rates were great. The location and the building felt safe and secure. Check in was easy, the building and the room were clean. The staff was accommodating for our unique check-in and check-out needs. The space worked well for our family. Walmart was very close by for convenient shopping, and we weren't far from additional shopping and restaurants. "

"Such a wonderful experience staying here. We came for a neices wedding and Linda and Glenn were gracious to allow us to host a family get together for 4 generations. It was the first time the entire family had been together in decades, coming from Tennessee, California and North Carolina. The home was absolutely perfect for entertaining, with a large kitchen and beautiful deck overlooking the woods. The family enjoyed eating and catching up with ample places to sit and gather. "This place is exactly as advertised. We stayed for a baseball showcase and it was perfect for our family. It had all the amenities you would need and if anything is forgotten I am sure the host thought of it and you can find it at the house. The welcome snack basket was a huge hit with my kids! The beds were comfy, rooms were clean, more than enough space for a family of 4, and private! Would absolutely recommend to anyone. "

"Our second year getting the family together here and it’s such a wonderful setting. Highly recommend!"

"The outdoor living is spectacular, with a very large pool (I swam laps daily), outdoor fire pit, putting green and large sitting areas. And having three separate units on property was great for privacy and noise... especially with two young kids there. The location is as good as it gets for the village. We used the outdoor screened-in porch frequently for meals and shelter when it rained. We would definitely use it again if we have a large group returning to Pinehurst. "

"Pictures of the place are not accurate. The lobby was supposed to be renovated and it was not. This seemed like and “extended stay” for people that need a quick night or 2. I did not feel safe there "

"We stayed at this cabin for one night, just passing thru. If the walls could talk, they’d have a story to tell for sure! There is something to look at everywhere you look! Rustic and radiating come to mind! Trish was fantastic and made us feel incredibly welcome!"

"The Whitney was such a nice experience for us! It was close to stores, near my Dad's home and had everything we needed to have a comforatble stay. The Homeowner was very responsive and the check in was easy. We would definitely stay there again and we would highly recommend Wimmer to our family and friends."

"everything we needed was there. Golf trip with 8 guys ranging from 30-68. Only thing I would change is spend more time at the home vs golfing. Was too hot! 2 rounds in 1 day in 100 degree temps was too much. 1 round a day then poolside!Should add Godfathers pizza to your list...5 stars all the way around for this location!!!!"
