"Everything was very accommodating especially host..we arrived thinking we had booked our arrival night. I had not placed that booking until the next night. She booked us that night and made it so we were in the same cottage for the whole duration of our stay. A wonderful place to stay would highly recommend it!"

"The kitchen is well stocked and provides top-notch appliances and crockery. Loved cooking for the family while enjoying the views!Amazing house doesn’t even begin to cover it! This place was perfect for my family during the holidays; cozy, spotless, and instantly made us feel at home. The views are unreal, the neighborhood is peaceful and beautiful, and you’re so close to Chincoteague it’s a dream. Between the wildlife, great amenities, and those jaw-dropping sunsets (seriously… WOW), the vibes...

"Pool rating was given 1 star because Vrbo requires a selection. Did not utilize the pool during our stay. Property management should ensure all rooms have blinds or blackout curtains on windows due to the sight line from parking lot into bedrooms and the due to the bright street lamp in the parking lot. Property was very clean and check in/out was painless. I would recommend to friends "

"The property is NOT AT ALL what it looks like from photos. The building is old and kind of “ghetto”. The parking area was very poor and we ended up parking in the mud as the grass was all torn up. The host communicated with us but we decided not to stay and went to a local hotel instead as the property was THAT BAD! There was something running down the wall in the bathroom.
