"We loved the home and the island. Would absolutely come again and stay. Barbara, the Property Manager, was incredibly helpful with getting us initial groceries, answering questions, lining up taxi, etc... We flew in on Caicos Express from Provo and took the Ferry back. Both are very easy. Have nothing but good things to say about the house. If you are looking for a spacious house away from the crowds this would be an excellent choice."

"Totally impressed with the property and the location! Beautiful property, well maintained and complete with all amenities. The beach is one of the most beautiful we have ever seen and for the most part void of other visitors. At times, it felt like we were the only people on that end of the island. The island was very easy to navigate. We certainly plan to stay again in the near future. "

"Everything was fantastic! Ariel was amazing and so helpful with anything we needed. The room was clean and well stocked, beds were comfy and the pool was amazing! The walk to the beach was so quick and easy and chairs were included! I would recommend this stay to anyone and everyone!"

"We have been going to Grace Bay for 15 years. This is, by far, the best trip we have ever had. We have stayed in many of the top resorts on Grace Bay as well as Chalk Sound. Poolhouse by the Beach surpassed them all. The house has a prime location - literally a short walk to the beach.
