  • Casa de huéspedes independiente. Acabamos de terminar de agregar nuevas alfombras y pintura en diciembre de 2016 junto con las encimeras de granito en la cocina y la nueva salpicadura trasera. Nuevo mobiliario y nuevas camas con edredones de plumas. Sin mascotas. casa privada con hermosas vistas de Little Cottonwood Canyon. Menos de 10 minutos a Alta y Snowbird estaciones de esquí. Cerca de Brighton y Park City esquí también. Recién barnizado y listo para sus vacaciones de relax. Disfrutar de la chimenea de gas y ver caer la nieve. Es fácil caminar a la parada de autobús / Park y montar a ambas estaciones de Alta y Snowbird. El acceso a la bañera de hidromasaje y parrilla de barbacoa. cenador. Sala de estar con TV HD grande, bluRay y TV directa con canales de películas, área de comedor, lavadora y secadora, baño completo en el nivel principal. 1 dormitorio en la planta principal y 1 dormitorio en la planta superior con 1/2 baño. Loft tiene una cama doble, cómodo asiento de amor, TV HD de 32 pulgadas con BluRay y muchos DVD. guardaesquís. Estufa de gas, microondas, encimeras de granito, cafetera, licuadora Ninja, café de cortesía, chocolate caliente y té.

Shauna and Eric were great hosts. Lots of thoughtful things they did to go out of their way to make me feel at home. Location was perfect for what I needed, right near the mouth of Little Cottonwood Canyon.

The Ivy Cottage was such a surprise and delight! From the numerous private patios, to the gorgeous view, to the intimate and cozy cottage. We loved every inch of the place! Our hosts were fantastic. We will definitely be booking again!

This is the most well-appointed rental we’ve ever stayed in! Eric & Shauna have thought of everything you might need while staying there. They are wonderful hosts. Their 10.0 rating is spot on!! The cottage is clean, cozy, eclectically decorated and the mountain views from the yard are amazing!

Well equipped and the host was very courteous with recommendations. The kids loved the cottage feel and it met all of our needs for our ski/hike/exploring Salt Lake vacation.

Our stay at the Ivy Cottage was a wonderful retreat away from the bustle of daily life. It is truly convenient to both the city and the mountains, and had everything we needed to relax and enjoy our stay. Being able to sit outside in the mornings and view the sunrise over the mountains while sipping coffee was a perfect way to start each day. And our hosts, Eric and Shauna, were so welcoming and personable that we felt at home throughout our stay. The cottage shares a yard with the hosts' home, which we enjoyed, especially when the puppies were out in the yard! If we ever find ourselves back in Salt Lake City, we would stay here again.

Cottage was so cozy and comfortable. Kitchen was very well stocked. Property is in a beautiful, quiet location. Views of the Wasatch mountains are magnificent. Hosts are kind and welcoming. Highly recommend.

Perfect spot for a ski trip to Little/Big Cottonwood Canyons. Hostess was so nice and the sunset view from the backyard looking up the Canyon was beautiful. Will definitely plan to stay here again!

If you’re looking for quiet, peaceful and cozy, this is the place. It is small with low, slanted ceilings, but you can’t beat the view, accommodating, friendly hosts and if you’re lucky, maybe you’ll get to hold some puppies. Lots of nice touches with snacks, nicely equipped kitchen, homemade salsa and a bottle of wine. We were in town for a sports tournament, and it was perfect to relax in after a long day.

Great hosts. Great communication. Incredibly hospitable and accommodating. Kitchen was well stocked. Lots of nice, well thought out touches throughout. Had everything we needed for our stay. Proximity to Alta/Snowbird can’t be beat. Perfect place for a Father/Son ski trip.

Eric was a great host and was extremely welcoming. He even had a fun scavenger hunt for the kids. The cottage had everything you could need. He also had a number of great restaurant recommendations. If skiing at Alta or Snowbird in the future we would definitely come back!
