Property just as it is listed. We stayed for 4th of July and saw at least 4 firework shows out the balcony! Everything in this rental is new. Kitchen was stocked with what we needed. The teens complained about the comfort of the twin beds, but the main bed was fine. The pool was great and everyone was friendly down there. Parking was fine most of the days, but was completely full around the holiday. Feels safe and secure with gated parking and keys for main entry and condo. Wish there was a way to have a couple chairs on the balcony and wish there was more light in the bedrooms. Overall, probably the cleanest and nicest VRBO we have rented. We would definately rent again if we are in the area!

Great location, super clean! Check in isn’t bad, just had trouble with the code for a bit, but it’s gated and super safe and in a nice part of Sandusky. Mark was an excellent host, quick and easy to communicate with. We were in town for a VB tournament, Cedar Point and a day trip to PIB. Great location for our itinerary.
